答 按(an)(an)照(zhao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)部《關于(yu)印發<工(gong)(gong)資(zi)支付(fu)暫行規定(ding)>的(de)通知(zhi)》,應按(an)(an)以下標(biao)準(zhun)支付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi):(1)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)依法(fa)(fa)(fa)安(an)排(pai)(pai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)日法(fa)(fa)(fa)定(ding)標(biao)準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間以外延長(chang)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間的(de),按(an)(an)照(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同規定(ding)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)150%支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)資(zi);(2)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)依法(fa)(fa)(fa)安(an)排(pai)(pai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)休(xiu)息日工(gong)(gong)作,而又不能安(an)排(pai)(pai)補(bu)休(xiu)的(de),按(an)(an)照(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同規定(ding)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)日或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)200%支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)資(zi);(3)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)依法(fa)(fa)(fa)安(an)排(pai)(pai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)法(fa)(fa)(fa)定(ding)休(xiu)假日工(gong)(gong)作的(de),按(an)(an)照(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)日或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)300%支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
