我是個(ge)職場準(zhun)媽(ma)媽(ma),現(xian)在想咨詢一下,請問產假期間只發生育津貼不發工資是合理(li)的(de)嗎?

女(nv)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)在法(fa)(fa)定產假(jia)期間享受生育(yu)津貼(tie)后,用人單(dan)位(wei)不(bu)再發放工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,是(shi)不(bu)違法(fa)(fa)的。若女(nv)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)領取(qu)生育(yu)津貼(tie)后,單(dan)位(wei)愿(yuan)意支付產假(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,也(ye)是(shi)沒問(wen)題的。
