我們是個新創辦的(de)公(gong)司,想咨詢一下,企業能(neng)對(dui)年終獎的(de)發(fa)放時(shi)間(jian)自作(zuo)規(gui)定(ding)嗎?

年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)到底何時發(fa)放要看雙方勞(lao)動合(he)同的約定以及公(gong)司的規章(zhang)制度(du)(du)。如(ru)果勞(lao)動合(he)同和規章(zhang)制度(du)(du)上均沒(mei)有(you)明(ming)確提(ti)到年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)的發(fa)放情(qing)況(kuang),則公(gong)司有(you)權利(li)決定年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)的具(ju)體發(fa)放時間。比如(ru),一般(ban)企業都會在年(nian)(nian)(nian)底發(fa)放年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang),而有(you)些企業的年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)獎(jiang)(jiang)不放在年(nian)(nian)(nian)底發(fa)放,卻在五六(liu)月份的企業財年(nian)(nian)(nian)結算(suan)時發(fa)放,但其本(ben)質是一樣的。
