1、根據公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)發展戰略,組織(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)人(ren)力資(zi)源戰略規劃。參(can)與公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)重(zhong)大人(ren)事(shi)決(jue)策。定(ding)(ding)期組織(zhi)(zhi)收集(ji)(ji)有關人(ren)事(shi)、招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)、培訓、考(kao)核、薪酬等方(fang)面的(de)(de)信息,為公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)重(zhong)大人(ren)事(shi)決(jue)策提(ti)供信息支持。定(ding)(ding)期組織(zhi)(zhi)收集(ji)(ji)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)想(xiang)法和(he)(he)建議。2、根據公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)的(de)(de)情況(kuang),組織(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、培訓制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、薪酬考(kao)核制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、人(ren)事(shi)檔案管(guan)理制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)手冊等規章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、實施細(xi)則和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)程序,并組織(zhi)(zhi)實施。3、負(fu)(fu)責(ze)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分(fen)析、崗(gang)位(wei)說明書與定(ding)(ding)崗(gang)定(ding)(ding)編(bian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),提(ti)出機構(gou)設置和(he)(he)崗(gang)位(wei)職責(ze)設計(ji)方(fang)案,對公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)組織(zhi)(zhi)結構(gou)設計(ji)提(ti)出改進(jin)方(fang)案。4、負(fu)(fu)責(ze)建立暢通的(de)(de)溝(gou)通渠道和(he)(he)有效(xiao)的(de)(de)激勵機制(zhi)(zhi)。5、制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)年度(du)人(ren)力資(zi)源需求計(ji)劃。組織(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)過程,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)培訓計(ji)劃,組織(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)參(can)加培訓,評(ping)估培訓效(xiao)果。6、負(fu)(fu)責(ze)組織(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)考(kao)核,處理員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)針對考(kao)核結果的(de)(de)申訴。依據公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)總(zong)額,編(bian)制(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)年度(du)薪資(zi)調整方(fang)案,審核公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)每月的(de)(de)薪酬。負(fu)(fu)責(ze)處理各種(zhong)與勞動合同相關的(de)(de)事(shi)宜。7、負(fu)(fu)責(ze)將部門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃分(fen)解到個人(ren),并監督計(ji)劃完成情況(kuang)。
1、專科以上學歷,人力資源或相關專業優先;對人力資源建立和實施有系統全面的認識、清晰的工作思路和豐富的實際操作經驗。
2、熟悉快消品、藥品優先。3、有較強的工作能力和綜合管理協調能力。4、思維敏捷,具有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及分析問題、解決問題的能力,良好的文字和語言表達能力;5、具有良好的職業素質,高度的敬業精神和團隊意識,為人正直、誠實,性格開朗。
