1、根據公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)發展(zhan)戰略(lve),組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源戰略(lve)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。參(can)與公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)重大(da)人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)決策(ce)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)收集有關人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)、招聘(pin)(pin)、培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓、考(kao)核(he)、薪酬(chou)(chou)等方面的(de)信息,為公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)重大(da)人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)決策(ce)提(ti)供信息支持。定(ding)(ding)(ding)期(qi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)收集員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)想法和建議。2、根據公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)的(de)情況,組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)招聘(pin)(pin)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、薪酬(chou)(chou)考(kao)核(he)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)檔案(an)管理(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)手冊等規(gui)章(zhang)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、實(shi)施細則和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)程序,并(bing)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)實(shi)施。3、負(fu)責(ze)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分析、崗(gang)位說明書與定(ding)(ding)(ding)崗(gang)定(ding)(ding)(ding)編(bian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),提(ti)出(chu)機(ji)構設置和崗(gang)位職責(ze)設計(ji)方案(an),對(dui)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)結構設計(ji)提(ti)出(chu)改進方案(an)。4、負(fu)責(ze)建立暢(chang)通的(de)溝通渠道和有效的(de)激勵機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。5、制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)(du)人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源需求計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員招聘(pin)(pin)過程,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)員參(can)加培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓,評估培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓效果。6、負(fu)責(ze)組(zu)(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)考(kao)核(he),處(chu)理(li)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)針(zhen)對(dui)考(kao)核(he)結果的(de)申訴。依(yi)據公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)總額,編(bian)制(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)年(nian)度(du)(du)薪資(zi)調整方案(an),審核(he)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)每月的(de)薪酬(chou)(chou)。負(fu)責(ze)處(chu)理(li)各種與勞動合同(tong)相(xiang)關的(de)事(shi)(shi)宜。7、負(fu)責(ze)將部門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)分解到個人(ren)(ren),并(bing)監督計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)完成情況。
1、專科以上學歷,人力資源或相關專業優先;對人力資源建立和實施有系統全面的認識、清晰的工作思路和豐富的實際操作經驗。
2、熟悉快消品、藥品優先。3、有較強的工作能力和綜合管理協調能力。4、思維敏捷,具有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及分析問題、解決問題的能力,良好的文字和語言表達能力;5、具有良好的職業素質,高度的敬業精神和團隊意識,為人正直、誠實,性格開朗。
