1、根據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)司發(fa)展戰略,組(zu)織(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)人(ren)力資源戰略規劃(hua)。參(can)與(yu)公(gong)(gong)司重(zhong)大人(ren)事決策。定(ding)(ding)期組(zu)織(zhi)收集(ji)有關人(ren)事、招聘、培(pei)訓(xun)、考(kao)核(he)(he)、薪(xin)(xin)酬等方面(mian)的信息,為公(gong)(gong)司重(zhong)大人(ren)事決策提供(gong)信息支持(chi)。定(ding)(ding)期組(zu)織(zhi)收集(ji)員工(gong)(gong)想法和(he)(he)建議。2、根據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)司的情況,組(zu)織(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司招聘制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、培(pei)訓(xun)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、薪(xin)(xin)酬考(kao)核(he)(he)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、人(ren)事檔案管理制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、員工(gong)(gong)手冊等規章制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)、實施(shi)細則和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)程序(xu),并組(zu)織(zhi)實施(shi)。3、負(fu)責(ze)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)分析、崗(gang)位(wei)說明書與(yu)定(ding)(ding)崗(gang)定(ding)(ding)編(bian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),提出機(ji)構(gou)設置和(he)(he)崗(gang)位(wei)職責(ze)設計方案,對公(gong)(gong)司組(zu)織(zhi)結構(gou)設計提出改進(jin)方案。4、負(fu)責(ze)建立(li)暢(chang)通(tong)的溝通(tong)渠道(dao)和(he)(he)有效的激勵機(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)。5、制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司年度(du)(du)人(ren)力資源需求(qiu)計劃(hua)。組(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)員招聘過程,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)公(gong)(gong)司培(pei)訓(xun)計劃(hua),組(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)員參(can)加培(pei)訓(xun),評估培(pei)訓(xun)效果(guo)。6、負(fu)責(ze)組(zu)織(zhi)公(gong)(gong)司員工(gong)(gong)的考(kao)核(he)(he),處(chu)理員工(gong)(gong)針對考(kao)核(he)(he)結果(guo)的申訴。依(yi)據(ju)(ju)公(gong)(gong)司工(gong)(gong)資總額,編(bian)制(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)(gong)司年度(du)(du)薪(xin)(xin)資調(diao)整方案,審核(he)(he)公(gong)(gong)司員工(gong)(gong)每月的薪(xin)(xin)酬。負(fu)責(ze)處(chu)理各(ge)種與(yu)勞動合同相(xiang)關的事宜(yi)。7、負(fu)責(ze)將部門工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計劃(hua)分解到個人(ren),并監督(du)計劃(hua)完成情況。
1、專科以上學歷,人力資源或相關專業優先;對人力資源建立和實施有系統全面的認識、清晰的工作思路和豐富的實際操作經驗。
2、熟悉快消品、藥品優先。3、有較強的工作能力和綜合管理協調能力。4、思維敏捷,具有較強的組織、協調、溝通能力及分析問題、解決問題的能力,良好的文字和語言表達能力;5、具有良好的職業素質,高度的敬業精神和團隊意識,為人正直、誠實,性格開朗。
