山東省公布17市最低工資標準(圖)

山東省(sheng)最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資標準近日出(chu)臺,對全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)月(yue)最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資和(he)小(xiao)(xiao)時最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資做出(chu)規定(ding)。調整后的全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)月(yue)最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資標準為1500元(yuan)、1350元(yuan)、1200元(yuan),小(xiao)(xiao)時最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資標準為15元(yuan)、13.5元(yuan)、12元(yuan)。

濟青等7市市區為1500元

記者了解到,濟(ji)(ji)南、青島、淄博、東(dong)營(ying)、煙臺和濰坊(fang)的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分(fen)經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)較發達(da)區(qu)(qu)縣(xian)(xian)將(jiang)執(zhi)(zhi)行1500元的(de)(de)(de)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準,這(zhe)些城市中經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)相對欠發達(da)的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)縣(xian)(xian),如濟(ji)(ji)南的(de)(de)(de)長清區(qu)(qu)、章(zhang)丘(qiu)市等將(jiang)執(zhi)(zhi)行1350元的(de)(de)(de)第二級(ji)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準。東(dong)營(ying)所轄(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所有(you)縣(xian)(xian)(區(qu)(qu))和威海所轄(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所有(you)市(區(qu)(qu))均執(zhi)(zhi)行1500元的(de)(de)(de)第一級(ji)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準。德州、聊城和菏澤所轄(xia)的(de)(de)(de)所有(you)縣(xian)(xian)(市、區(qu)(qu))則(ze)均執(zhi)(zhi)行1200元的(de)(de)(de)第三極最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準。

通知還要(yao)求,月最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)適(shi)用(yong)于全日(ri)制(zhi)就業勞動(dong)者(zhe),小(xiao)時最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)適(shi)用(yong)于非全日(ri)制(zhi)就業勞動(dong)者(zhe)。調(diao)整后(hou)的最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)從(cong)3月1日(ri)起執行。

合理確定職工工資增長幅度

另外,記者(zhe)了解到,山東根據山東省經濟社會發(fa)展和企(qi)業職(zhi)工工資(zi)(zi)(zi)狀況,經人力資(zi)(zi)(zi)源社會保障(zhang)部審(shen)核(he),以2013年全(quan)省企(qi)業在(zai)崗(gang)職(zhi)工平均工資(zi)(zi)(zi)46386元(估算數)為(wei)基數,確定了2014年企(qi)業工資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導線。現發(fa)布如下:

(一)企業(ye)職工(gong)貨幣工(gong)資(zi)增長基準(zhun)線(xian):12%。

(二)企業職工貨(huo)幣工資增長上線(xian)(預警線(xian)):20%。

(三)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)貨幣(bi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)下線(xian)(xian):4%.各(ge)類(lei)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)應當根據工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導線(xian)(xian),分(fen)析企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)經(jing)濟(ji)效益、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)水(shui)平、勞動生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)率(lv)和(he)人工(gong)(gong)成本等指(zhi)標,兼顧企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)承受能力、發展目標等因(yin)素,通過工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協商,合(he)(he)理(li)確定職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)幅(fu)度。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營良好、經(jing)濟(ji)效益較快(kuai)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye),可在基(ji)準線(xian)(xian)和(he)上線(xian)(xian)之間安(an)(an)排(pai)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營正(zheng)常,經(jing)濟(ji)效益基(ji)本穩定的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye),可在基(ji)準線(xian)(xian)和(he)下線(xian)(xian)之間安(an)(an)排(pai)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營困難、效益虧損的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)可按下線(xian)(xian)安(an)(an)排(pai)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)經(jing)營特(te)別(bie)困難的(de)(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye),可以零(ling)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)或(huo)負增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。壟斷企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)要(yao)嚴格控(kong)制工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)幅(fu)度,國有(you)(you)和(he)國有(you)(you)控(kong)股企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)要(yao)合(he)(he)理(li)確定企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)負責(ze)人和(he)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)水(shui)平。
