山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準近日出臺(tai),對全省(sheng)月最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)和(he)小時最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)做出規定。調整(zheng)后的全省(sheng)月最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準為(wei)(wei)1500元、1350元、1200元,小時最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準為(wei)(wei)15元、13.5元、12元。
濟青等7市市區為1500元
記者了(le)解到,濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)、青島、淄博、東(dong)營(ying)、煙臺和(he)濰坊的(de)部分經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)較發達(da)區(qu)(qu)縣(xian)將執(zhi)行1500元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準,這(zhe)些城市中經(jing)濟(ji)(ji)相對欠發達(da)的(de)區(qu)(qu)縣(xian),如濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)的(de)長清區(qu)(qu)、章(zhang)丘(qiu)市等(deng)將執(zhi)行1350元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)第(di)(di)二級最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準。東(dong)營(ying)所轄的(de)所有縣(xian)(區(qu)(qu))和(he)威(wei)海所轄的(de)所有市(區(qu)(qu))均(jun)執(zhi)行1500元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)第(di)(di)一(yi)級最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準。德州、聊城和(he)菏澤(ze)所轄的(de)所有縣(xian)(市、區(qu)(qu))則均(jun)執(zhi)行1200元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)第(di)(di)三(san)極(ji)最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準。
通知(zhi)還要求,月最低(di)工(gong)資標準適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)全(quan)(quan)日(ri)制(zhi)就業勞(lao)(lao)動者,小(xiao)時最低(di)工(gong)資標準適(shi)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)非全(quan)(quan)日(ri)制(zhi)就業勞(lao)(lao)動者。調整后的(de)最低(di)工(gong)資標準從3月1日(ri)起執行。
合理確定職工工資增長幅度
另外,記者了解到,山(shan)東根(gen)據山(shan)東省(sheng)經(jing)濟社會(hui)發展和企(qi)業職工工資(zi)(zi)狀況,經(jing)人(ren)力資(zi)(zi)源社會(hui)保(bao)障部審核(he),以2013年(nian)全省(sheng)企(qi)業在崗職工平均工資(zi)(zi)46386元(yuan)(估(gu)算數(shu))為基數(shu),確定了2014年(nian)企(qi)業工資(zi)(zi)指導線。現發布如(ru)下:
(一)企業職工貨幣工資增(zeng)長基準線:12%。
(二)企(qi)業(ye)職工貨幣工資(zi)增長上線(預(yu)警(jing)線):20%。
(三(san))企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)貨幣工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)下(xia)線:4%.各類企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)應當根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)指導(dao)線,分析企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)、職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)水平(ping)、勞動生產率和人工(gong)成(cheng)本等指標,兼顧企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)承(cheng)受能力、發展目標等因素,通過工(gong)資(zi)(zi)集體協商,合(he)理確定(ding)職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)幅度。生產經營(ying)良好、經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)較快(kuai)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),可(ke)在(zai)基(ji)準(zhun)線和上線之(zhi)間安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生產經營(ying)正(zheng)常,經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)基(ji)本穩定(ding)的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),可(ke)在(zai)基(ji)準(zhun)線和下(xia)線之(zhi)間安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生產經營(ying)困(kun)難、效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)虧損的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)可(ke)按下(xia)線安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang);生產經營(ying)特別困(kun)難的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),可(ke)以零(ling)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)或負增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)。壟(long)斷企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)要(yao)嚴格控制工(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)幅度,國有(you)和國有(you)控股企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)要(yao)合(he)理確定(ding)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)負責(ze)人和企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)水平(ping)。
