山東省最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)近日出(chu)臺(tai),對(dui)全省月(yue)最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)和小時最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)做出(chu)規定。調整(zheng)后的全省月(yue)最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)為1500元(yuan)(yuan)、1350元(yuan)(yuan)、1200元(yuan)(yuan),小時最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)為15元(yuan)(yuan)、13.5元(yuan)(yuan)、12元(yuan)(yuan)。
濟青等7市市區為1500元
記(ji)者了解(jie)到,濟南(nan)、青島、淄博、東(dong)營、煙臺和濰坊(fang)的(de)(de)部分經濟較發(fa)(fa)達(da)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)縣(xian)將(jiang)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)1500元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun),這些城市中經濟相對欠發(fa)(fa)達(da)的(de)(de)區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)縣(xian),如濟南(nan)的(de)(de)長清區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、章丘市等將(jiang)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)1350元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)第二級最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)。東(dong)營所轄的(de)(de)所有縣(xian)(區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu))和威海(hai)所轄的(de)(de)所有市(區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu))均(jun)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)1500元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)第一級最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)。德州、聊城和菏澤所轄的(de)(de)所有縣(xian)(市、區(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu))則(ze)均(jun)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)1200元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)第三極最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)。
通知(zhi)還(huan)要求,月最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標準適用(yong)于全日制(zhi)(zhi)就業勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe),小時最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標準適用(yong)于非全日制(zhi)(zhi)就業勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)。調整后的最(zui)低(di)工(gong)資標準從(cong)3月1日起執(zhi)行(xing)。
合理確定職工工資增長幅度
另外,記(ji)者了解到,山東根據山東省經(jing)濟社會(hui)發(fa)展(zhan)和企業(ye)職工(gong)工(gong)資狀況,經(jing)人力資源(yuan)社會(hui)保障部審核(he),以2013年全省企業(ye)在崗職工(gong)平均工(gong)資46386元(估算數(shu))為基數(shu),確定了2014年企業(ye)工(gong)資指導(dao)線。現發(fa)布(bu)如下:
(一)企業職工(gong)貨(huo)幣工(gong)資增長基(ji)準線:12%。
(二)企業職(zhi)工貨幣工資增長上線(xian)(預警(jing)線(xian)):20%。
(三(san))企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)下線(xian):4%.各類(lei)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)應當根(gen)據工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導線(xian),分析企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi)、職工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)水平(ping)、勞(lao)動(dong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產率和(he)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)成本(ben)(ben)等指(zhi)標(biao),兼顧企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)承受(shou)能力、發(fa)展目(mu)標(biao)等因素,通過工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集體(ti)協商(shang),合(he)理確(que)定職工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)幅(fu)度。生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)(ying)良好、經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi)較快增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),可在基準線(xian)和(he)上線(xian)之間(jian)安排(pai)(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)(ying)正(zheng)常(chang),經(jing)濟效(xiao)益(yi)基本(ben)(ben)穩(wen)定的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),可在基準線(xian)和(he)下線(xian)之間(jian)安排(pai)(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)(ying)困難(nan)、效(xiao)益(yi)虧損的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)可按下線(xian)安排(pai)(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang);生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產經(jing)營(ying)(ying)特(te)別困難(nan)的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),可以零增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)或負增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。壟斷企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要嚴格控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)幅(fu)度,國(guo)有和(he)國(guo)有控股(gu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)要合(he)理確(que)定企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)負責人和(he)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)水平(ping)。
