“無人超市”落地,山東省傳統零售業人才仍“供不應求

無人超市

“無(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)超(chao)市”是(shi)未(wei)來零(ling)售(shou)業發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)必(bi)然趨勢,因其整體比較方(fang)便,能(neng)夠降低實體超(chao)市成本,所(suo)以會(hui)越來越受商家歡(huan)迎。據中國社科院營(ying)銷領(ling)域研究員(yuan)劉彥平表示,“無(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)超(chao)市”是(shi)將現在的(de)網購和自(zi)動售(shou)賣機功能(neng)結(jie)合,但(dan)是(shi)傳(chuan)統(tong)超(chao)市不(bu)僅(jin)(jin)僅(jin)(jin)是(shi)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)空間,也是(shi)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)者(zhe)進行情感交流、社會(hui)交往的(de)場所(suo),很多商品(pin)還需要店員(yuan)推廣,增加可信(xin)度,所(suo)以目前“無(wu)(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)超(chao)市”還不(bu)太可能(neng)取代傳(chuan)統(tong)零(ling)售(shou)超(chao)市。因此零(ling)售(shou)業在職或求(qiu)職人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)不(bu)必(bi)恐慌(huang),但(dan)未(wei)來仍有太多不(bu)確定(ding)因素(su),作為求(qiu)職者(zhe)還應具備“防患(huan)意識”,注重自(zi)身素(su)質及技能(neng)的(de)提升(sheng),適(shi)應更(geng)高層次(ci)崗位需求(qiu)。
