近(jin)日(ri),記者從山東省棗莊市(shi)人社局(ju)獲(huo)悉,從2017年6月1日(ri)起,棗莊市(shi)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準再次提高,分1640元(yuan)和1470元(yuan)兩檔。自2010年以來,棗莊市(shi)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準已經連續(xu)8年上(shang)調(diao)。
按區(qu)域(yu)經濟發展水平,調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)后的全省最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準分三檔,分別為(wei)(wei)1810元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、1640元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和1470元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準分別為(wei)(wei)18.1元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、16.4元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和14.7元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。棗莊執(zhi)行(xing)其中的兩檔標(biao)準。市(shi)中區(qu)、滕州市(shi)執(zhi)行(xing)第二(er)檔標(biao)準,月(yue)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準由1550元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)為(wei)(wei)1640元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準由15.5元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)為(wei)(wei)16.4元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);薛城區(qu)、山亭(ting)區(qu)、嶧城區(qu)、臺(tai)兒(er)莊區(qu)執(zhi)行(xing)第三檔標(biao)準,月(yue)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準由1390元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)為(wei)(wei)1470元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)最(zui)低(di)工資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準由13.9元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)為(wei)(wei)14.7元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
據了解,月(yue)最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資標準適用(yong)于(yu)全日制就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)勞動者(zhe)。小時最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資標準適用(yong)于(yu)非全日制就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)勞動者(zhe)。調整后的最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資標準從2017年6月(yue)1日起執行。
根據原山東省(sheng)勞(lao)(lao)動和社會保障廳《關于最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)中幾個(ge)具體問題(ti)的通知(zhi)》中相關規(gui)定,最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準是(shi)少數生產經營困難、經濟效益下降,確無正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)能力的用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei),支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)給勞(lao)(lao)動者的最低勞(lao)(lao)動報酬。有支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)能力的用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)不(bu)得(de)將最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)作為正常的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)標(biao)準。用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)需按最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的,應履行(xing)(xing)必要的民主程序(xu)并事先報同級(ji)勞(lao)(lao)動保障行(xing)(xing)政部門(men)備案。
勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)依法(fa)享(xiang)受帶薪(xin)年休假(jia)、探親假(jia)、婚喪假(jia)、產(chan)假(jia)、哺乳假(jia)等國家(jia)規定(ding)的(de)假(jia)期期間(jian)(jian),以及法(fa)定(ding)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)內(nei)(nei)依法(fa)參加社會(hui)活動期間(jian)(jian),視(shi)為(wei)(wei)提(ti)供了(le)正常勞(lao)(lao)動。同(tong)時(shi)(shi),延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)加班加點工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi);中班、夜班、高溫、低(di)溫、井下、有毒有害等特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境、條件下的(de)津貼(tie);法(fa)律、法(fa)規和(he)國家(jia)、省規定(ding)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)應當(dang)享(xiang)受的(de)福利(li)待遇;按國家(jia)住房制(zhi)度(du)改(gai)革規定(ding)由(you)用人單位為(wei)(wei)勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)繳納的(de)住房公(gong)積金;用人單位為(wei)(wei)勞(lao)(lao)動者(zhe)支付的(de)醫療(liao)衛生(sheng)費、喪葬撫恤救濟金、探親路費、計(ji)劃生(sheng)育(yu)補(bu)貼(tie)、生(sheng)活困難補(bu)助、冬季取暖補(bu)貼(tie)、防暑降溫費等)不包(bao)含在最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準內(nei)(nei),需由(you)用人單位另行(xing)支付。
此外,用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)支付(fu)給勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)的(de)(de)工資必須(xu)以(yi)法定貨幣(bi)形式支付(fu)。用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)依法繳(jiao)納的(de)(de)社會保險(xian)費,以(yi)及通過補(bu)貼伙(huo)食、住(zhu)房支付(fu)或提供(gong)給勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)的(de)(de)非貨幣(bi)收(shou)入,不計算在(zai)(zai)最低(di)工資標準里。勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)個人應當繳(jiao)納的(de)(de)社會保險(xian)費和住(zhu)房公積金則包(bao)含在(zai)(zai)最低(di)工資標準之內。
