近日,省政府下發通知,調整全省最低工資標準并發布2016年企業工資指導線。從2016年6月1日起,全省月最低工資標準按地區分別調整為:1710元、1550元、1390元。
除調整最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)外(wai),非全日(ri)制(zhi)用工的小時最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)調整為(wei):17.1元、15.5元、13.9元,平均增幅(fu)6.9%;2016年企業貨(huo)幣工資增長上線為(wei)13%、基準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)線為(wei)8%、下線為(wei)3%。這是(shi)我省連續(xu)7年調整最(zui)低工資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),連續(xu)18年發布企業工資指(zhi)導線。
據了解,最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制度、工(gong)(gong)(gong)資指導(dao)線制度是政(zheng)府不可(ke)或缺的宏觀調控手(shou)段。最低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資制度的主要功能是保(bao)障低(di)(di)收入勞動者及其贍養人口的基本生活。企業工(gong)(gong)(gong)資指導(dao)線制度的重點在于引導(dao)企業建立職工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資正(zheng)常增長機制。
用人單(dan)位要貫徹按勞(lao)分(fen)(fen)配(pei)、同工(gong)(gong)同酬原則,落實《勞(lao)動法(fa)》、《最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資規(gui)定(ding)(ding)》(勞(lao)動保障部令第21號)、《山東省(sheng)勞(lao)動合同條例(li)》、《山東省(sheng)企(qi)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)資支付規(gui)定(ding)(ding)》等(deng)法(fa)律法(fa)規(gui)規(gui)章,結合本(ben)單(dan)位生產經(jing)營和經(jing)濟效益狀況,通過(guo)工(gong)(gong)資集體協商等(deng)民主程序,合理確定(ding)(ding)職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資水平,縮小收入分(fen)(fen)配(pei)差距(ju),全面調(diao)動職工(gong)(gong)的積極性、主動性、創造(zao)性,促進企(qi)業(ye)和諧穩定(ding)(ding)健康(kang)發展。
