自2016年(nian)1月(yue)(yue)起,職(zhi)工(gong)住房公(gong)積金(jin)的繳(jiao)存(cun)基(ji)數由2014年(nian)職(zhi)工(gong)月(yue)(yue)平(ping)均工(gong)資(zi)(zi)總額調整為2015年(nian)職(zhi)工(gong)月(yue)(yue)平(ping)均工(gong)資(zi)(zi)總額。2016年(nian)度職(zhi)工(gong)住房公(gong)積金(jin)月(yue)(yue)繳(jiao)存(cun)基(ji)數最(zui)高限額調整為13300元(yuan)(yuan),最(zui)低限額暫按1700元(yuan)(yuan)執行。
威海(hai)市住(zhu)房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金(jin)(jin)(jin)管理(li)中心(xin)乳山(shan)管理(li)部(bu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)表示,乳山(shan)住(zhu)房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金(jin)(jin)(jin)繳存基數和(he)比例調整,是根(gen)據國務院《住(zhu)房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金(jin)(jin)(jin)管理(li)條例》和(he)《威海(hai)市住(zhu)房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金(jin)(jin)(jin)管理(li)辦法》等文件規定相應作出的,各單位(wei)應以上年度職工(gong)(gong)(gong)月(yue)平均工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)總額作為該(gai)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)住(zhu)房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金(jin)(jin)(jin)繳存基數。工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)總額按照國家統(tong)計(ji)局(ju)《關于工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)總額組成(cheng)的規定》計(ji)算(suan),包括計(ji)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)、計(ji)件工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)、獎金(jin)(jin)(jin)、津貼和(he)補貼、加(jia)班加(jia)點工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)以及(ji)特殊情(qing)況下支付的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
“職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)本人(ren)和(he)單(dan)位(wei)住房(fang)公(gong)(gong)積金繳(jiao)存(cun)比(bi)例分別(bie)不(bu)低于8%,最(zui)高(gao)不(bu)高(gao)于12%。”工(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)介紹,如果一名(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)2015年(nian)的(de)月(yue)平均(jun)工(gong)資總額(e)為5000元,按照(zhao)12%的(de)繳(jiao)存(cun)比(bi)例,則該(gai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)和(he)供職(zhi)(zhi)單(dan)位(wei)分別(bie)繳(jiao)存(cun)600元至該(gai)員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)公(gong)(gong)積金賬戶。“需要說明的(de)是(shi),2016年(nian)度(du)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)住房(fang)公(gong)(gong)積金月(yue)繳(jiao)存(cun)基數最(zui)高(gao)限(xian)額(e)和(he)最(zui)低限(xian)額(e)較去年(nian)分別(bie)提高(gao)了(le)1140元和(he)100元。2015年(nian),最(zui)高(gao)限(xian)額(e)和(he)最(zui)低限(xian)額(e)分別(bie)為12160元和(he)1600元。”
繳存住房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金確有困難(nan)的單位(wei),經(jing)(jing)本單位(wei)職工代表大會或工會會員代表討論通過,并(bing)經(jing)(jing)市住房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金管理中心審(shen)核,報(bao)市住房(fang)公(gong)積(ji)金管理委員會批準后,可申請降低繳存比例(原則(ze)不低于5%),待(dai)單位(wei)經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)效益好(hao)轉后,再提高繳存比例或者補繳。
