青島勞務市場曬月薪:鋼筋工工資比門衛高5千多

又到了一年招工季,對于求職者來說,能否找到合適的工作關系到自己的未來,而對于用人單位而言,能夠順利攬才關乎企業今后的發展。山東省青島市人力資源市場2015年度供求分析報告近日出爐,分析顯示,目前青島市制造業崗位需求降低,服務業崗位需求在增加。

企業轉型升級增加技術崗需求

2015年,全市(shi)共有(you)22826家次(ci)用人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)通過(guo)各級人力資(zi)源市(shi)場招(zhao)聘,提供有(you)效招(zhao)聘崗位(wei)(wei)481430個次(ci),求(qiu)職配置438379人次(ci),求(qiu)職成功(gong)率39.82%,同(tong)(tong)比上升0.79個百(bai)分(fen)點;崗位(wei)(wei)滿足率36.26%,同(tong)(tong)比降(jiang)低0.25個百(bai)分(fen)點;求(qiu)人倍(bei)率1.10,同(tong)(tong)比上升0.03;平均工資(zi)交易價位(wei)(wei)3003元/月,同(tong)(tong)比增長11.55%。

從工(gong)(gong)種(zhong)看,操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)類(lei)(lei)(lei)、管(guan)理(li)(li)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)需求比(bi)重(zhong)下(xia)降(jiang)。操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)204228個(ge)(ge)次(ci)(ci),占(zhan)42.21%,所(suo)占(zhan)比(bi)重(zhong)同比(bi)降(jiang)低6.82個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點;管(guan)理(li)(li)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)15099個(ge)(ge)次(ci)(ci),占(zhan)3.14%,所(suo)占(zhan)比(bi)重(zhong)同比(bi)降(jiang)低0.41個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點。專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)、辦(ban)事類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)、商業服(fu)務(wu)(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)需求比(bi)重(zhong)上(shang)(shang)升。專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)58873個(ge)(ge)次(ci)(ci),占(zhan)12.23%,所(suo)占(zhan)比(bi)重(zhong)同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)升0.34個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點。辦(ban)事類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)49310個(ge)(ge)次(ci)(ci),占(zhan)10.24%,所(suo)占(zhan)比(bi)重(zhong)同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)升0.87個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點;商業服(fu)務(wu)(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)144762個(ge)(ge)次(ci)(ci),占(zhan)30.07%,同比(bi)增4.35%,所(suo)占(zhan)比(bi)重(zhong)同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)升4.4個(ge)(ge)百分(fen)點。“隨著我市(shi)部分(fen)行業、企業轉(zhuan)型升級和技(ji)術(shu)更新,技(ji)術(shu)、設(she)備替代(dai)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)效果明顯,在一定程度(du)上(shang)(shang)造成崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)和就業縮減(jian)的(de)情況(kuang),普(pu)通操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少,管(guan)理(li)(li)、技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)需求增加。”市(shi)就業服(fu)務(wu)(wu)中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員表示,如青(qing)島宏泰銅(tong)業有限公(gong)司為(wei)銅(tong)管(guan)及制冷(leng)設(she)備生產(chan)企業,自(zi)2012年以來陸續引進高精度(du)多規格管(guan)生產(chan)流水線,生產(chan)向全自(zi)動化轉(zhuan)變,普(pu)通操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)逐步淘汰,主要崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)為(wei)專(zhuan)業技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)員、技(ji)能操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員。青(qing)島明月海藻集團有限公(gong)司引進國外先進工(gong)(gong)藝及管(guan)理(li)(li)后,單位(wei)(wei)(wei)生產(chan)率提高20%,生產(chan)線崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少近三(san)分(fen)之一。

大專學歷求職者比重增加

從(cong)2015年勞(lao)動力供給情況看(kan),呈現出低年齡段求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)比(bi)重(zhong)持續(xu)下降、本地農村勞(lao)動力求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)升幅較大(da)、大(da)專文(wen)化程度求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)比(bi)重(zhong)上升等(deng)特(te)點。

據(ju)市(shi)就業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員分(fen)析,青(qing)島市(shi)勞動密集型企(qi)業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)要從(cong)業(ye)(ye)人員為農民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong),結構性缺工(gong)(gong)(gong)突出(chu),主(zhu)要體(ti)現在(zai)性別需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)失(shi)衡(heng)(heng),女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)過大(da)(da)(da)。多數崗位女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)量較大(da)(da)(da),服(fu)裝(zhuang)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、水產加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、餐(can)飲服(fu)務、營業(ye)(ye)員等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)種主(zhu)要為女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong),供(gong)給缺口較大(da)(da)(da)。其次是年(nian)齡需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)失(shi)衡(heng)(heng),青(qing)壯工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)過大(da)(da)(da)。企(qi)業(ye)(ye)招工(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃中(zhong),年(nian)齡35周歲以下需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)高(gao)達90%,需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)較大(da)(da)(da)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)種,企(qi)業(ye)(ye)普遍招收(shou)16-30歲年(nian)齡段的年(nian)輕農民(min)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。

銷售總監室內裝飾工資增幅高

青島市(shi)勞務市(shi)場共(gong)有招聘工種(zhong)1393個,2015年的平均工資交易價位3003元/月(yue),同(tong)比增長11.55%。

市場熱門(men)工種主要以行政辦事類工種為(wei)主,會(hui)計(ji)人員、機(ji)動車駕駛(shi)員、文員、電子商務師、出納、內(nei)勤(qin)(qin)、對(dui)外經貿業務員、秘(mi)書、門(men)衛、保(bao)管員居(ju)熱門(men)工種排行前十位,求職過剩(sheng)17081人次,平均求人倍(bei)率0.48。其中,秘(mi)書、出納、會(hui)計(ji)人員、內(nei)勤(qin)(qin)求人倍(bei)率最(zui)(zui)低,求職難度(du)最(zui)(zui)大。
