又到了一年招工季,對于求職者來說,能否找到合適的工作關系到自己的未來,而對于用人單位而言,能夠順利攬才關乎企業今后的發展。山東省青島市人力資源市場2015年度供求分析報告近日出爐,分析顯示,目前青島市制造業崗位需求降低,服務業崗位需求在增加。
企業轉型升級增加技術崗需求
2015年,全市共有22826家次用人單位通過各級人力資源(yuan)市場招聘,提供有效招聘崗(gang)位481430個(ge)次,求職配(pei)置438379人次,求職成功(gong)率(lv)39.82%,同比(bi)(bi)上升0.79個(ge)百分(fen)點;崗(gang)位滿足率(lv)36.26%,同比(bi)(bi)降低(di)0.25個(ge)百分(fen)點;求人倍(bei)率(lv)1.10,同比(bi)(bi)上升0.03;平(ping)均工資交易價位3003元(yuan)/月,同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長11.55%。
從工種(zhong)看,操作類(lei)(lei)(lei)、管(guan)理類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)需(xu)求(qiu)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)下降。操作類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)204228個(ge)(ge)(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)42.21%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)降低6.82個(ge)(ge)(ge)百分點;管(guan)理類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)15099個(ge)(ge)(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)3.14%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)降低0.41個(ge)(ge)(ge)百分點。專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術類(lei)(lei)(lei)、辦事(shi)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)、商業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)需(xu)求(qiu)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)上升。專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)58873個(ge)(ge)(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)12.23%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上升0.34個(ge)(ge)(ge)百分點。辦事(shi)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)49310個(ge)(ge)(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)10.24%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上升0.87個(ge)(ge)(ge)百分點;商業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)類(lei)(lei)(lei)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)144762個(ge)(ge)(ge)次,占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)30.07%,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)增4.35%,所(suo)占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)(bi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)上升4.4個(ge)(ge)(ge)百分點。“隨(sui)著我市部分行業(ye)(ye)、企業(ye)(ye)轉型(xing)升級和技(ji)術更(geng)新,技(ji)術、設(she)備替(ti)代人工效果明(ming)(ming)顯,在一定程度(du)上造成崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)和就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)縮減(jian)的情況,普(pu)(pu)通操作崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少,管(guan)理、技(ji)術技(ji)能(neng)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)需(xu)求(qiu)增加。”市就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)中心工作人員(yuan)表(biao)示,如(ru)青島(dao)宏(hong)泰(tai)銅業(ye)(ye)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)為銅管(guan)及(ji)制冷設(she)備生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)企業(ye)(ye),自2012年以來陸續引(yin)進(jin)高精度(du)多規格管(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)流水線,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)向全自動化(hua)轉變,普(pu)(pu)通操作崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)逐步淘汰,主要崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)為專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術人員(yuan)、技(ji)能(neng)操作人員(yuan)。青島(dao)明(ming)(ming)月海藻(zao)集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)引(yin)進(jin)國外先(xian)進(jin)工藝及(ji)管(guan)理后,單位(wei)(wei)(wei)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)率提高20%,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)減(jian)少近(jin)三分之(zhi)一。
大專學歷求職者比重增加
從2015年(nian)勞動(dong)力供(gong)給情(qing)況看,呈現出低年(nian)齡(ling)段求職比重持續(xu)下降、本地農村(cun)勞動(dong)力求職升幅較大(da)、大(da)專文化程度(du)求職比重上升等特點(dian)。

據市(shi)就業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員分析,青島市(shi)勞(lao)動密集型(xing)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)主(zhu)要(yao)從業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員為農民工(gong)(gong)(gong),結(jie)構性缺工(gong)(gong)(gong)突出(chu),主(zhu)要(yao)體現在性別需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)失衡,女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)過(guo)大(da)(da)。多數崗位(wei)女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)量較(jiao)大(da)(da),服(fu)裝加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、水產加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、餐飲服(fu)務、營業(ye)(ye)員等工(gong)(gong)(gong)種主(zhu)要(yao)為女(nv)工(gong)(gong)(gong),供給缺口較(jiao)大(da)(da)。其次(ci)是年齡(ling)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)失衡,青壯工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)過(guo)大(da)(da)。企(qi)業(ye)(ye)招(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)計劃中(zhong),年齡(ling)35周歲(sui)以下需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)高達90%,需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)較(jiao)大(da)(da)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)種,企(qi)業(ye)(ye)普遍招(zhao)收16-30歲(sui)年齡(ling)段(duan)的年輕農民工(gong)(gong)(gong)。

規劃建設靈活務工市場
對此,青島市下一步(bu)將進行(xing)勞動力(li)資(zi)源初(chu)始信息(xi)采集(ji)、關聯信息(xi)采集(ji)、入(ru)戶信息(xi)采集(ji)摸(mo)底(di)。在全面摸(mo)清(qing)全市勞動力(li)資(zi)源底(di)數(shu)和就業創業培訓等需求狀(zhuang)況基(ji)(ji)礎上(shang),實行(xing)全市勞動力(li)資(zi)源信息(xi)動態管理。同時,在前期全面摸(mo)清(qing)重點建(jian)設項(xiang)目基(ji)(ji)本情況的(de)基(ji)(ji)礎上(shang),進一步(bu)對重點建(jian)設項(xiang)目實施“精(jing)”、“實”、“特”服務(wu)。
