試用期內員工出現哪些情況公司可以解除合同?

我是一名(ming)試(shi)(shi)用期員(yuan)工,在濟南一家房地產公(gong)司工作(zuo),試(shi)(shi)用期內員(yuan)工出(chu)現哪(na)些情況(kuang)公(gong)司可以(yi)解除合同?

(1)在(zai)試用期間被(bei)證明(ming)(ming)不(bu)(bu)符合錄(lu)用條件的; (2)嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)違反(fan)用人單(dan)位的規章制度(du)的; (3)嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)失職,營(ying)私舞弊,給用人單(dan)位造(zao)成(cheng)重(zhong)大損害的; (4)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)同(tong)時與(yu)其他(ta)用人單(dan)位建(jian)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,對完(wan)成(cheng)本單(dan)位的工(gong)作(zuo)任務造(zao)成(cheng)嚴(yan)(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響,或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)經用人單(dan)位提出,拒(ju)不(bu)(bu)改正(zheng)的; (5)因(yin)以欺詐、脅迫的手段或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)乘人之危,使(shi)對方(fang)在(zai)違背真實意思的情況(kuang)下(xia)訂立(li)或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)變更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的情形致使(shi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)無效的; (6)被(bei)依法(fa)追究刑事(shi)責任的; (7)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)患(huan)病或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)非因(yin)工(gong)負傷,在(zai)規定的醫療期滿(man)后不(bu)(bu)能從事(shi)原工(gong)作(zuo),也不(bu)(bu)能從事(shi)由用人單(dan)位另行(xing)安排的工(gong)作(zuo)的; (8)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)不(bu)(bu)能勝任工(gong)作(zuo),經過培訓或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)調整工(gong)作(zuo)崗位,仍不(bu)(bu)能勝任工(gong)作(zuo)的。 此外,即(ji)使(shi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)符合上述情形之一,用人單(dan)位需(xu)要在(zai)試用期與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的,應當向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)說(shuo)明(ming)(ming)理由。
