我表(biao)姐最近懷孕(yun)了,可是她的(de)公司還是安排她活讓(rang)她加班(ban),問一下公司讓(rang)懷孕(yun)的(de)員工加班(ban)對不對?

女(nv)(nv)職工勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)保護規(gui)(gui)定(ding)中第(di)七條規(gui)(gui)定(ding):女(nv)(nv)職工在懷孕(yun)期間(jian),所在單(dan)位不(bu)(bu)得(de)安排其從事國家規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的第(di)三級體力(li)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)強(qiang)度的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)和孕(yun)期禁忌從事的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong),不(bu)(bu)得(de)在正常勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)日以外延長勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)時間(jian);對不(bu)(bu)能勝任原勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)的,應(ying)當根(gen)據醫務部門的證(zheng)明,予以減輕勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)量或者安排其他勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)。懷孕(yun)七個月以上(shang)(含七個月)的女(nv)(nv)職工,一(yi)(yi)般不(bu)(bu)得(de)安排其從事夜班勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong);在勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)時間(jian)內應(ying)當安排一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的休息時間(jian)。
