答(da) 勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)的損害賠(pei)償責(ze)任(ren)。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)違反用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位規章制度(du)及勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同中約定的事項(xiang),對用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位造成經濟損失的,應當(dang)依法承擔賠(pei)償責(ze)任(ren)。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)應支付的賠(pei)償金(jin)額,用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位可從(cong)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)每(mei)月工(gong)資中扣除,扣除的金(jin)額不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)每(mei)月工(gong)資額的20%,且保證(zheng)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)每(mei)月工(gong)資余(yu)額不(bu)(bu)得低于當(dang)地最(zui)低工(gong)資標準。
