勞動合同是試用期滿后再簽嗎?

剛剛入職,公司人力資源(yuan)部(bu)說合(he)(he)同等試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)滿,被合(he)(he)格錄用(yong)(yong)時(shi)簽訂,如果(guo)試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)都沒通(tong)過,簽合(he)(he)同也沒用(yong)(yong)。那這樣我的試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不是(shi)(shi)就白干(gan)了?是(shi)(shi)應(ying)該試(shi)用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)滿后(hou)再簽勞動合(he)(he)同嗎?
