勞動合同是試用期滿后再簽嗎?
問 剛剛入職,公司人力資源部說合同(tong)(tong)等試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)滿,被合格錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)時簽(qian)訂,如果試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)都沒(mei)通(tong)過,簽(qian)合同(tong)(tong)也沒(mei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。那這樣我的試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不是(shi)就(jiu)白干了(le)?是(shi)應該(gai)試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)滿后(hou)再(zai)簽(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)(tong)嗎?
