合同簽一年,試用期是兩個月嗎?

剛剛找了(le)個(ge)(ge)工作,簽合(he)(he)同時公司要求試用期(qi)(qi)為(wei)兩個(ge)(ge)月(yue),合(he)(he)同是(shi)一年一簽的合(he)(he)同,試用期(qi)(qi)用的了(le)兩個(ge)(ge)月(yue)那么長嗎?

合(he)同(tong)簽一年,試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)應(ying)該不(bu)超(chao)過一個月(yue)(yue),公司要求兩個月(yue)(yue)的(de)試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)是違法的(de)。具體規定如下(xia):勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限在6個月(yue)(yue)以(yi)下(xia)的(de),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過15日(ri);勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限在6個月(yue)(yue)以(yi)上1年以(yi)下(xia)的(de),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過30日(ri);勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限在1年以(yi)上2年以(yi)下(xia)的(de),試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過60日(ri)。試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)包括在勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)期(qi)(qi)限中。非(fei)全日(ri)制勞動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),不(bu)得(de)約定試(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)。
