依(yi)照《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)法》和有關規(gui)(gui)定(ding),各級勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)保(bao)障(zhang)行政(zheng)部門負責對(dui)本行政(zheng)區(qu)域內用人(ren)(ren)單位執行最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)情況進行監督檢查(cha),對(dui)違反最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)或工(gong)資(zi)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)、克(ke)扣或拖欠勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)資(zi)的用人(ren)(ren)單位,要予以糾正(zheng)并按(an)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)處理。在(zai)提供(gong)正(zheng)常勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)后(hou),用人(ren)(ren)單位違反規(gui)(gui)定(ding),以低(di)于當地(di)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)工(gong)資(zi)的,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者個人(ren)(ren)有權(quan)向(xiang)當地(di)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)保(bao)障(zhang)部門舉報。
