根據我的經驗,我覺得職場新人(ren)想要提高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率,最好的辦法就是制(zhi)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua), 沒(mei)有計(ji)劃(hua),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)就會沒(mei)有頭緒,沒(mei)有頭緒就會思維混亂。制(zhi)訂計(ji)劃(hua)要以(yi)(yi)崗位(wei)職責、上級布置的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)為依據,妥善安排哪些工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)先做(zuo),哪些工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)后做(zuo),分(fen)清工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的輕(qing)重緩急(ji),明確達(da)到的目標及(ji)具體(ti)措(cuo)施,這樣就就可(ke)以(yi)(yi)快(kuai)速(su)的提高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效(xiao)率了(le)。
