答 根據《勞動(dong)(dong)法(fa)》規定有下(xia)(xia)列(lie)(lie)情形(xing)之一的,用人單位應當按照(zhao)下(xia)(xia)列(lie)(lie)標準(zhun)支付(fu)(fu)高于(yu)(yu)勞動(dong)(dong)者正常工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)工(gong)(gong)資的工(gong)(gong)資報(bao)酬(chou)(chou)(chou):1.勞動(dong)(dong)者延(yan)長工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)的,支付(fu)(fu)不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)資的百(bai)分(fen)之一百(bai)五十的工(gong)(gong)資報(bao)酬(chou)(chou)(chou);2.日(ri)(ri)安排(pai)勞動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)(gong)作又(you)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)安排(pai)補休的,支付(fu)(fu)不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)資的百(bai)分(fen)之二百(bai)的工(gong)(gong)資報(bao)酬(chou)(chou)(chou);3.休假(jia)日(ri)(ri)安排(pai)勞動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)(gong)作的,支付(fu)(fu)不(bu)(bu)低于(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)資的百(bai)分(fen)之三百(bai)的工(gong)(gong)資報(bao)酬(chou)(chou)(chou)。但法(fa)定休假(jia)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)作不(bu)(bu)能(neng)以調休替代。
