答 根據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)法》規定有下(xia)列情形之一的,用人單位應當(dang)按照下(xia)列標準(zhun)支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)高于勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬:1.勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)延長(chang)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間的,支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)不低(di)于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的百分(fen)之一百五(wu)十的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬;2.日(ri)安(an)排(pai)(pai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作又不能(neng)安(an)排(pai)(pai)補(bu)休(xiu)的,支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)不低(di)于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的百分(fen)之二百的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬;3.休(xiu)假日(ri)安(an)排(pai)(pai)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作的,支(zhi)(zhi)付(fu)(fu)不低(di)于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的百分(fen)之三(san)百的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報(bao)酬。但法定休(xiu)假日(ri)工(gong)(gong)作不能(neng)以調休(xiu)替代。
