答 《勞(lao)動(dong)法》第二(er)十條(tiao)中(zhong)規定(ding):勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分(fen)為(wei)有固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、無固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)和以完成一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)為(wei)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。勞(lao)動(dong)者在同(tong)一用人(ren)單位連(lian)續(xu)工作(zuo)滿(man)十年(nian)以上,當(dang)事人(ren)雙(shuang)方同(tong)意續(xu)延勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的(de)(de)(de),如果勞(lao)動(dong)者提出(chu)訂立(li)無固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),應當(dang)訂立(li)無固(gu)定(ding)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)。
