《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》第二十條(tiao)中規定(ding):勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的期限分(fen)為(wei)有固定(ding)期限、無固定(ding)期限和以完成(cheng)一定(ding)的工作為(wei)期限。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在同(tong)一用人(ren)單(dan)位連(lian)續工作滿十年(nian)以上(shang),當(dang)事人(ren)雙方同(tong)意續延勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的,如果勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出訂立無固定(ding)期限的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),應當(dang)訂立無固定(ding)期限的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)。
