我是一名(ming)職場新人,我想了解一下(xia)如何按照事(shi)情的優(you)先級別處理辦(ban)公事(shi)務?

所有的任務都歸(gui)類(lei)到四個(ge)象限中(zhong)的其中(zhong)一個(ge):不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),不(bu)(bu)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji);不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),但(dan)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji);重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),不(bu)(bu)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji);重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),且緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji)。去(qu)掉那(nei)些(xie)既不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)也(ye)不(bu)(bu)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji)的事情,推遲那(nei)些(xie)不(bu)(bu)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)但(dan)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji)的事情,盡量避免讓那(nei)些(xie)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)事情變得緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji),盡可能(neng)快的完成(cheng)那(nei)些(xie)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)但(dan)不(bu)(bu)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急(ji)(ji)的事項。
