哺乳期合同到期了,單位可以終止勞動合同嗎?

我是(shi)(shi)一(yi)名哺乳期內的職場媽媽,但是(shi)(shi)最近(jin)合(he)同(tong)到(dao)期了,單(dan)位可以終止勞動合(he)同(tong)嗎?

是不(bu)(bu)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)終止(zhi)合(he)同(tong)的,根據我(wo)的了(le)解《中(zhong)華人民共和國婦女(nv)(nv)(nv)權益保障法》第26條(tiao)(tiao)規定(ding),任何單位(wei)不(bu)(bu)得以(yi)(yi)結(jie)婚、懷孕、產假、哺(bu)乳等(deng)為由,辭退女(nv)(nv)(nv)職工(gong)(gong)或者(zhe)單方(fang)解除(chu)勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)。《女(nv)(nv)(nv)職工(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)保護規定(ding)》第4條(tiao)(tiao)規定(ding),不(bu)(bu)得在女(nv)(nv)(nv)職工(gong)(gong)懷孕期(qi)、產期(qi)、哺(bu)乳期(qi)降(jiang)低其基本工(gong)(gong)資,或者(zhe)解除(chu)勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong)。
