答 根據《中華人民共和(he)國勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)爭議調解(jie)仲(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)法》第(di)二十七條 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)爭議申請仲(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)的(de)時(shi)效期(qi)(qi)間為一年。仲(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)時(shi)效期(qi)(qi)間從當事人知道(dao)(dao)或者應當知道(dao)(dao)其權利被侵害之日起計算。
