我知(zhi)道的(de)有三(san)種情(qing)形:1、勞動者(zhe)因個人(ren)主觀原因未能(neng)完成(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作任(ren)務,單(dan)位可以(yi)扣(kou)(kou)(kou)減(jian)其工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,但扣(kou)(kou)(kou)除后(hou)剩余工(gong)(gong)(gong)資不(bu)(bu)能(neng)低(di)于當地(di)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun);2、因勞動者(zhe)本人(ren)原因給用人(ren)單(dan)位造成(cheng)(cheng)經濟損失時,用人(ren)單(dan)位可以(yi)扣(kou)(kou)(kou)減(jian)勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,但每月扣(kou)(kou)(kou)減(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過勞動者(zhe)當月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資的(de)20%,并且扣(kou)(kou)(kou)減(jian)后(hou)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資不(bu)(bu)得低(di)于當地(di)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun);3、勞動者(zhe)請事假(jia)等(deng)相應(ying)扣(kou)(kou)(kou)減(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
