什么情形下單位可以減扣工資?

答 我知道的有三種(zhong)情形:1、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者因(yin)個人主觀原因(yin)未能完成工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)任務(wu),單位(wei)可以扣(kou)減(jian)其工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),但扣(kou)除后(hou)(hou)剩余工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不能低(di)于當(dang)地(di)(di)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun);2、因(yin)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者本人原因(yin)給用人單位(wei)造成經濟損(sun)失時,用人單位(wei)可以扣(kou)減(jian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),但每月扣(kou)減(jian)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不超過勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者當(dang)月工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的20%,并且扣(kou)減(jian)后(hou)(hou)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)不得低(di)于當(dang)地(di)(di)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準(zhun);3、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者請(qing)事(shi)假(jia)等相應(ying)扣(kou)減(jian)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
