答 《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)法》第(di)61條(tiao)規定(ding):不(bu)(bu)得(de)安排女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工在懷孕(yun)期(qi)間從(cong)事(shi)(shi)國家規定(ding)的(de)第(di)三級體力勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)強(qiang)度的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)和(he)(he)孕(yun)期(qi)禁(jin)忌(ji)(ji)從(cong)事(shi)(shi)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)。對懷孕(yun)七個月以(yi)上的(de)女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工,不(bu)(bu)得(de)安排其延(yan)長工作時間和(he)(he)夜班勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)。《女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)保護特(te)別規定(ding)》第(di)4條(tiao)規定(ding):用(yong)人單位應(ying)當(dang)遵(zun)守(shou)女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工禁(jin)忌(ji)(ji)從(cong)事(shi)(shi)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)范(fan)圍(wei)的(de)規定(ding)。用(yong)人單位應(ying)當(dang)將本單位屬于女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工禁(jin)忌(ji)(ji)從(cong)事(shi)(shi)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)范(fan)圍(wei)的(de)崗(gang)位書(shu)面告知女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工。女(nv)(nv)(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)工禁(jin)忌(ji)(ji)從(cong)事(shi)(shi)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)范(fan)圍(wei)由(you)本規定(ding)附錄列示。
