1、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者患病或(huo)非因工(gong)負傷,醫療期滿后不能(neng)從事(shi)原工(gong)作,也不能(neng)從事(shi)由用人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)另(ling)行(xing)安(an)排的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de); 2、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)訂(ding)立(li)時所依據的(de)(de)(de)客觀情況(kuang)發生重大變化,致使原勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)無法履行(xing),經(jing)當事(shi)人協商(shang)不能(neng)就變更勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)達(da)成協議的(de)(de)(de); 3、用人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)符合(he)裁減人員(yuan)條件而被裁員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de); 4、用人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)因破產、解散或(huo)被撤銷與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者終(zhong)(zhong)止(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de); 6、應當訂(ding)立(li)書面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)而未(wei)(wei)訂(ding)立(li)的(de)(de)(de),用人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)提出終(zhong)(zhong)止(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系(xi),支(zhi)付未(wei)(wei)訂(ding)立(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)期間的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟補償金。 5、用人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)因被工(gong)商(shang)行(xing)政部(bu)門吊銷營業執照實際處(chu)于無法生產經(jing)營狀況(kuang)而與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者終(zhong)(zhong)止(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)。
