標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)是我國的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)(shi)間制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)之一,其特點是每天工(gong)(gong)作不超(chao)過8小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),每周工(gong)(gong)作不超(chao)過40小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。有些朋(peng)友一般(ban)從事(shi)周一到周五,朝九(jiu)晚(wan)五的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作,以(yi)為這就是標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)。其實是錯(cuo)誤的(de)(de)。朝九(jiu)晚(wan)五的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作只是標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)一種。我們也可以(yi)將早上八點上班(ban),晚(wan)上四(si)點下班(ban)作為標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi),甚至可以(yi)設置為早上九(jiu)點上班(ban),晚(wan)上六(liu)點下班(ban),中(zhong)(zhong)午休息一小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)作為標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)。同樣(yang),標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)休息日也不一定是周六(liu)周日,可以(yi)設置成(cheng)其他兩天。
