答(da) 《勞動(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》用了(le)一節的篇幅對非(fei)全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)行了(le)規(gui)定,從中(zhong)足(zu)以(yi)看(kan)出立(li)法(fa)者對非(fei)全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)的重(zhong)視程度。值得注意的是,《勞動(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》規(gui)定:“非(fei)全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)雙方當(dang)事(shi)人(ren)任何一方都可以(yi)隨時通知對方終(zhong)止用工(gong)(gong)(gong)。終(zhong)止用工(gong)(gong)(gong),用人(ren)單(dan)位不向勞動(dong)者支(zhi)付經(jing)濟(ji)補償。”
