答 根據(ju)法律規定,標(biao)準工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)、綜合計算工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)以及不定時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)加(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)資支付條(tiao)件各不相(xiang)同,但除標(biao)準工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度外,其余兩種特殊工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度均須經勞(lao)動(dong)保(bao)障行政(zheng)部門審(shen)批(pi)后方可執行,未經審(shen)批(pi)的(de)不對勞(lao)動(dong)者發生效(xiao)力(li)。所以,如果公司(si)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)度未經勞(lao)動(dong)保(bao)障部門批(pi)準是沒有效(xiao)力(li)的(de)。
