我(wo)是(shi)個新的HR,現在想咨詢(xun)一(yi)下(xia),請問單(dan)位招(zhao)用人員注意(yi)事(shi)項有哪(na)些呢?

首先用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)在招(zhao)用(yong)技(ji)術工(gong)種(zhong)的人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)時,必(bi)須按(an)照(zhao)《招(zhao)用(yong)技(ji)術工(gong)種(zhong)從(cong)業人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)規定》完成招(zhao)聘工(gong)作(zuo),即技(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)需具(ju)備相關(guan)必(bi)備證(zheng)件(jian)。跨省招(zhao)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和招(zhao)用(yong)外籍人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、港澳(ao)臺人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、應按(an)照(zhao)國家相關(guan)規定辦理。其次用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)委(wei)托職業介(jie)紹機構招(zhao)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)時,應當(dang)出示單位(wei)介(jie)紹信、營業執(zhi)照(zhao)(副本)或其他法人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)登記文件(jian)、招(zhao)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)簡章和經辦人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)身份證(zheng)件(jian)。最(zui)后(hou)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)通過報刊(kan)、廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)、電視等(deng)大眾傳播(bo)(bo)媒介(jie)發布招(zhao)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)廣(guang)告,經當(dang)地(di)勞動保障行政部門審核后(hou),按(an)國家有關(guan)規定辦理。
