對于員工不辭而別,企業該如何預防?

問(wen) 我們公司(si)每年總有幾(ji)個員工不辭(ci)而別(bie),給公司(si)帶來了一定的損失,針對這類員工,企業該怎么預防(fang)啊?

1. 提前在(zai)(zai)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)中(zhong)進行約(yue)定(ding)(ding)。 勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)部(bu)《違反<勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)>有關勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)賠償辦(ban)法(fa)》第四(si)條規(gui)定(ding)(ding),勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者違反規(gui)定(ding)(ding)或者勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的(de)(de)約(yue)定(ding)(ding)解(jie)除勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),對用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)造成損失的(de)(de),勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者應(ying)賠償用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)下(xia)列損失: (1)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)招收錄用(yong)其所支(zhi)付的(de)(de)費用(yong); (2)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)為其支(zhi)付的(de)(de)培訓費,雙方另有約(yue)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)按約(yue)定(ding)(ding)辦(ban)理; (3)對生產、經營和(he)工作(zuo)造成的(de)(de)直接(jie)經濟損失; (4)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)約(yue)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)其他賠償費用(yong)。 所以(yi)公司可以(yi)提前在(zai)(zai)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)中(zhong)約(yue)定(ding)(ding)損失計算辦(ban)法(fa)及(ji)大致數額。 2. 規(gui)章制度交接(jie)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)問題(ti) 用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)還可以(yi)在(zai)(zai)規(gui)章制度中(zhong)明確辭職后的(de)(de)交接(jie)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)及(ji)相關要求,特別應(ying)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)全部(bu)交接(jie)程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)走完(wan)才可最后結算工資,如離職時(shi)應(ying)交還借用(yong)的(de)(de)辦(ban)公用(yong)品(pin)、工具及(ji)工作(zuo)服(fu)裝以(yi)及(ji)工作(zuo)日志等,這樣用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)對該問題(ti)處理就有了制度上保證(zheng)和(he)依據(ju)。
