1. Support optimization of Safety and Health and Environment
2. Increase of productivity/Improved product quality/New product development
3. Conduct Turn-around work
4. Reduce unplanned downtime
5. Execute Maintenance budget of E&I part
6. People management and Development
7. Cross departmental support

崗位要求

? Knowledge & experience to solve E&I problems
? Familiar with DCS system problem analysis and solving
? Management skills and ability to supervise & lead subordinate, vendors and cross function project teams
? Technical report generation ability
? Project management experience
? Effective verbal and written communication skill
? English can be used as working language
? Graduated collages or equivalent degree in Electric engineering or a related discipline
? Minimum of 8 years related experience in maintenance and engineering field with manufacturing company
? Minimum of 3 years team management experience
