為新員工做好入職培訓;
Conduct orientation fnew joiners.
安排公司員工體檢及員工入職和離職的體檢工作;
Arrange the physical examination of employee includes the entry exit health check;
組織安排員工活動(生日會、團隊建設等);
Organize arrange staff activities (birthday party, team building, etc.)
負責員工福利的分發、登記和管理;
Responsible fthe distribution, registration management of employee benefits.
做好人事檔案整理和歸檔及其他人事事務性工作處理;
Organize file personnel information handle other personnel affairs.
做好ISO體系文件的整理工作;
Maintain the ISO system documents.
完成上級交辦的其他各項任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
本科學歷,人力資源管理或相關專業;
College or above, Major in HR management or equivalent;
人力資源從業經驗;
HR experience or internship experience
良好的英語和中文的聽說讀寫能力;
Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin;
熟練操作辦公軟件;
Proficiency in MS office application;
