崗位職責

1.Work with our clients vendors in order to maintain good relationship with them & provide value-added service聯絡客人及其供應商并與之保持友好合作關系，提供增值服務.
2.Timely issue test report to clients based on clients'' requirements international testing methods根據客戶要求和國際測試標準為客人提供技術的報告.
3.Cooperate smoothly with different member/ team in daily work(TAT/Report related Issues) 能和同事及組員愉快合作完成客服相關日常工作（如確保測試周期和其他報告相關事宜）.
4.Cooperate with different division/team fspecial test case與不同的部門和小組協調處理相關具體事務.
5.Check reports, assistant to program manager’s job 檢查報告以及其他輔助項目經理的相關工作.
6.Payment issue測試費用相關工作.
7.Other tasks CS Team leaders/supervisor其他客服(fu)組長和主(zhu)管安排的工(gong)作.

崗位要求

1.College above, with background of English, Chemical, Textile Engineer related fields大專以上文憑，相關英語專業，化學專業或者紡織工程或相關專業畢業.
2.Have working experiences in the third party testing/inspection company will be a plus有其他第三方實驗室相關工作經驗者優先.
3.1-2 years (Full-time)job in CS in Hardline, Softline, Chemical, Toys1-2全職相關客服工作經驗,如硬件雜貨，紡織，化學，玩具等領域.
4.Independent, outgoing, pleasant good communication skills獨立，開朗，友好并具有良好的溝通技巧.
5.Mature & willing to take challenge work under pressure穩重并有意愿挑戰自己和可以承受相應的壓力.
6.Good commof reading written English掌握并具備良好的英文讀寫能力.
7.Proficient in MS word, Excel PowerPoint精通辦公(gong)室電(dian)腦操作(zuo)(zuo)，如Word， Excel， PPT制作(zuo)(zuo).
