一是推廣(guang)智慧(hui)(hui)清潔(jie)多(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)系統。將微熱(re)管陣列梯級能(neng)源(yuan)裝置與太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)熱(re)電(dian)聯組件、中溫水系統有效(xiao)(xiao)結合(he),通過谷電(dian)儲(chu)(chu)能(neng)、峰(feng)電(dian)平電(dian)釋能(neng),實現太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)、空氣(qi)能(neng)等清潔(jie)能(neng)源(yuan)高效(xiao)(xiao)利用、多(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu),已率先在博山機電(dian)谷園(yuan)區多(duo)個公建(jian)實際(ji)應用并穩定運行,供暖(nuan)、供冷成本均降至10元/㎡。我市(shi)政(zheng)務(wu)接待窗口單位齊盛國際(ji)賓(bin)館建(jian)設智慧(hui)(hui)清潔(jie)多(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu)系統示范(fan)項目已建(jian)設完成進入運行階段,項目年(nian)可節約(yue)電(dian)費100萬元、天然(ran)氣(qi)費用200萬元。按照清潔(jie)供、經濟儲(chu)(chu)、節約(yue)用、智能(neng)化的理(li)念大規模(mo)推廣(guang)這一技術,可以有效(xiao)(xiao)解決煤改(gai)電(dian)政(zheng)策長(chang)期依賴(lai)財政(zheng)補(bu)貼才能(neng)推進實施的難(nan)題。特別針對各類(lei)園(yuan)區,未來無需高額投(tou)資管網(wang)建(jian)設即(ji)可解決電(dian)、熱(re)、冷、熱(re)水多(duo)能(neng)互(hu)補(bu),實現低初(chu)投(tou)資、低成本運行、清潔(jie)供應。博一獲得生態文明建(jian)設專項2019年(nian)中央預算內投(tou)資。

二是推進工業節能(neng)與余能(neng)(余熱、余冷(leng))綜合高效利用。

針對化(hua)工(gong)(gong)、醫(yi)藥、建材(cai)、冶金、紡(fang)織(zhi)等傳(chuan)統(tong)產業(ye)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、環(huan)保痛點(dian),綜合運用(yong)(yong)微熱(re)管(guan)陣列(lie)高效(xiao)余熱(re)、余冷(leng)利用(yong)(yong)技術(shu),開發了(le)適合不同(tong)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)場景,富有針對性的節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)系(xi)統(tong)、設(she)備及(ji)自(zi)動管(guan)理(li)模式(shi),構建了(le)精細化(hua)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源綜合管(guan)理(li)系(xi)統(tong),實現(xian)變廢(fei)為寶、梯級用(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、循(xun)環(huan)用(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng),把能(neng)(neng)(neng)源吃干榨盡,大幅(fu)度節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)降耗(hao)減排。2018年(nian)完成淄博(bo)德信(xin)聯邦化(hua)學工(gong)(gong)業(ye)有限公司(si)應用(yong)(yong)微熱(re)管(guan)陣列(lie)相變蓄(xu)冰箱及(ji)自(zi)然(ran)冷(leng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)高效(xiao)換(huan)熱(re)器組(zu)合節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)項目,系(xi)統(tong)穩定運行節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)效(xiao)果(guo)明顯。2019年(nian)完成鈦白粉龍頭企業(ye)東佳集團微熱(re)管(guan)陣列(lie)換(huan)熱(re)器煙(yan)氣回收、蒸(zheng)汽(qi)乏(fa)汽(qi)余熱(re)及(ji)工(gong)(gong)藝冷(leng)卻水余熱(re)回收系(xi)統(tong)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)項目,年(nian)節(jie)(jie)錢(qian)量約(yue)1000萬元。在全市(shi)傳(chuan)統(tong)產業(ye)和用(yong)(yong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)大戶(hu)中推廣應用(yong)(yong)這一技術(shu)對于我市(shi)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)(neng)(neng)降耗(hao)具有重大意義。
