此次(ci)(ci)發(fa)布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)和企業(ye)人工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本(ben)信(xin)息,是在(zai)對(dui)全(quan)市(shi)(shi)不(bu)同(tong)行業(ye)、規(gui)模(mo)、經(jing)濟類(lei)(lei)型的(de)(de)(de)255戶企業(ye)、5萬(wan)余名職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)2013年度(du)企業(ye)薪酬調(diao)查(cha)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上,經(jing)過匯總、分析和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)得(de)來的(de)(de)(de)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)分別(bie)以“高(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)、中(zhong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)、低(di)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)”三個檔(dang)次(ci)(ci)發(fa)布(bu),共發(fa)布(bu)全(quan)市(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)403個。其中(zhong),高(gao)(gao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)為樣本(ben)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)從高(gao)(gao)到(dao)低(di)排(pai)序后處(chu)于高(gao)(gao)端10%位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)(ju);中(zhong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)為排(pai)序中(zhong)間的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)(ju);低(di)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)數(shu)為低(di)端10%位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置的(de)(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)。價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)低(di)于最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(工(gong)(gong)(gong)種(zhong)),按當地最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準規(gui)定執行。69個崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)大學生月工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)則(ze)是來自(zi)于新參加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)大學生就(jiu)業(ye)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)和全(quan)市(shi)(shi)家政服(fu)務(wu)(wu)類(lei)(lei)、社區(qu)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)類(lei)(lei)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)項目價(jia)(jia)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)抽樣調(diao)查(cha)。
記者梳理(li)(li)發現,在(zai)2014年人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源市(shi)場(chang)部分職(zhi)位(wei)(wei)(工種)工資(zi)指導(dao)價位(wei)(wei)中(zhong),以中(zhong)位(wei)(wei)數(shu)為(wei)排序(xu)依(yi)據(ju),排序(xu)前5位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)位(wei)(wei)為(wei)發電工程技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員、教育科學研究人(ren)(ren)員、衡器計量(liang)工、儀器儀表工程技術(shu)人(ren)(ren)員和(he)高(gao)等教育教師,其中(zhong)收(shou)(shou)入(ru)分別(bie)為(wei)96191元(yuan)(yuan)、85577元(yuan)(yuan)、70947元(yuan)(yuan)、70770元(yuan)(yuan)和(he)69668.3元(yuan)(yuan)。排名后(hou)3位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)位(wei)(wei)為(wei)汽車飾件制(zhi)造工,匣(xia)缽、模型(xing)制(zhi)作工,其他(ta)藥(yao)品生產制(zhi)造人(ren)(ren)員,收(shou)(shou)入(ru)分別(bie)為(wei)19650元(yuan)(yuan)、19100元(yuan)(yuan)和(he)18976元(yuan)(yuan)。按(an)照高(gao)位(wei)(wei)數(shu)作為(wei)排序(xu)依(yi)據(ju),收(shou)(shou)入(ru)最高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)前三(san)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)位(wei)(wei)分別(bie)是企業(ye)董事,收(shou)(shou)入(ru)20萬元(yuan)(yuan);保險推銷員,收(shou)(shou)入(ru)17.7萬元(yuan)(yuan),銷售和(he)營銷經理(li)(li)13.7萬元(yuan)(yuan)。
在淄博市(shi)2014年企業(ye)人工(gong)成本參考水(shui)平上,每(mei)年人均(jun)人工(gong)成本排名前(qian)3名的(de)行業(ye)為金融業(ye)、房地產業(ye)和電氣機械和器材(cai)制造業(ye),人均(jun)人工(gong)成本為118333元(yuan)、66127元(yuan)和66546元(yuan)。
記者了解到,此次發布的各職位(工種)工資指導價位是供用人單位和勞動者參考的指導性信息,不是政府規定的工資標準。企業采取工資集體協商辦法確定工資增長時,應將政府部門發布的工資指導價位、工資指導線和人工成本水平作為協商訂立的依據。
