一、招聘范圍和條件
(一)擁護中(zhong)國共產(chan)黨的(de)領(ling)導(dao),熱愛(ai)電(dian)視事業;遵紀守(shou)法,品行(xing)端正,具有良好(hao)的(de)職(zhi)業道(dao)德;
(二(er))符合(he)電(dian)視出(chu)鏡(jing)要求,五官(guan)端正,形(xing)象氣(qi)質(zhi)佳(jia),身體健康,符合(he)招(zhao)聘崗位聘用體檢標準(zhun)。男(nan)性身高1.70米以(yi)(yi)上,女性身高1.60米以(yi)(yi)上,雙(shuang)眼(yan)裸視視力均在1.0以(yi)(yi)上;
(三)全日制國(guo)家統招普(pu)通高(gao)等(deng)院校畢業,具有國(guo)家承認的大專及以上學(xue)歷;

(五)報(bao)名時須已取(qu)得國家承認(ren)的(de)一級乙(yi)等(deng)及(ji)以上(shang)普通(tong)話等(deng)級證(zheng)書,具有較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)節目策(ce)劃和(he)語言組織表達能力;
(六)其中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)內應屆(jie)畢業生(sheng)(指2014年當(dang)年畢業的學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),下同)報(bao)考須(xu)(xu)于2014年7月(yue)底前畢業并(bing)取得相(xiang)應學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷、學(xue)(xue)(xue)位證(zheng)(zheng)書,其他報(bao)考人(ren)員報(bao)名前須(xu)(xu)已(yi)取得相(xiang)應學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷、學(xue)(xue)(xue)位證(zheng)(zheng)書;海外留學(xue)(xue)(xue)歸(gui)國(guo)人(ren)員可報(bao)考相(xiang)應符合要求(qiu)的崗位,但報(bao)名前須(xu)(xu)已(yi)取得國(guo)務院學(xue)(xue)(xue)位委員會(hui)和教育部授權教育部留學(xue)(xue)(xue)服務中(zhong)(zhong)心出具的學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷、學(xue)(xue)(xue)位認證(zheng)(zheng)手續;
(七)符合招聘崗位要求(qiu)的其他所(suo)有資(zi)格(ge)條件(jian)。
參照(zhao)《黨政領導干部任職回(hui)(hui)避暫行規定》和公務員(yuan)(yuan)招考(kao)回(hui)(hui)避有(you)(you)關規定,報(bao)考(kao)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)不得報(bao)考(kao)與本人(ren)有(you)(you)應回(hui)(hui)避關系的崗位。
在(zai)讀(du)全(quan)日制(zhi)普通高等(deng)院校非應(ying)(ying)屆畢(bi)業生、現(xian)役軍人(ren)(ren)、曾(ceng)受過(guo)刑事處罰或被開除公職的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、2010年以(yi)來在(zai)各(ge)級公務(wu)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)考錄和(he)事業單位公開招(zhao)聘(pin)中被認定有(you)作弊行為的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)及法律、法規規定不(bu)得(de)聘(pin)用的(de)其他情形(xing)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),不(bu)得(de)參加(jia)應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)。在(zai)讀(du)全(quan)日制(zhi)普通高等(deng)院校非應(ying)(ying)屆畢(bi)業生不(bu)得(de)以(yi)已(yi)取得(de)的(de)學歷作為報考條(tiao)件(jian)參加(jia)應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)。
二、招聘辦法
(一)報(bao)名、資(zi)格審查
1、報名方式、時間(jian)及聯系電(dian)話:
(1)報(bao)名采(cai)取網上(shang)報(bao)名的方式。對報(bao)名時惡意(yi)提(ti)供或填寫虛(xu)假信息資料擾亂報(bao)名秩序(xu)的及偽造學歷證(zheng)件(jian)(證(zheng)明(ming))和其(qi)他有關(guan)證(zheng)件(jian)(證(zheng)明(ming))騙取考試資格的,取消本次報(bao)考資格且5年內不得報(bao)考我市(shi)事業單位(wei)。
應聘(pin)人員需先下載《招(zhao)遠市廣播(bo)電視(shi)臺公開(kai)招(zhao)聘(pin)電視(shi)主持人報名登記表》(附(fu)件(jian)),按照(zhao)填(tian)寫說明(附(fu)件(jian))將(jiang)相關信息填(tian)寫完整后(hou)于2014年8月(yue)4日(ri)(ri)——2014年9月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)發至(zhi)招(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)位指定(ding)郵箱(xiang),并(bing)將(jiang)相關證(zheng)件(jian)和材(cai)料(liao)(具體見下面所(suo)列(lie))在(zai)(zai)2014年9月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)前(qian)郵寄到(dao)招(zhao)遠市廣播(bo)電視(shi)臺,考(kao)生因材(cai)料(liao)寄錯地址或郵寄途中丟失等(deng)所(suo)造成的后(hou)果(guo),招(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)位概不負責。在(zai)(zai)2014年9月(yue)15日(ri)(ri)前(qian)招(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)位未收到(dao)證(zheng)明材(cai)料(liao)或收到(dao)的有關證(zheng)明材(cai)料(liao)不齊的,視(shi)為報名無效。

郵(you)(you)(you)寄材(cai)料(liao)時,身份證(zheng)、畢(bi)業證(zheng)、學(xue)位證(zheng)、戶(hu)口簿、普通話(hua)等(deng)級(ji)證(zheng)畢(bi)業生就業主管(guan)機關(guan)簽(qian)發的報到證(zheng)等(deng)證(zheng)書郵(you)(you)(you)寄復(fu)印件或掃描件;戶(hu)籍證(zheng)明、照片(pian)、單位同意報考證(zheng)明信等(deng)其(qi)他證(zheng)明資料(liao)須經有關(guan)部門加(jia)蓋公章后(hou)郵(you)(you)(you)寄原件。
4、資格審查(cha):對應聘人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的(de)資格審查(cha),貫穿招(zhao)聘工作全過(guo)程。報名(ming)結(jie)束后成(cheng)立資格審查(cha)小組(zu),對報考(kao)者的(de)年齡(ling)、學歷等證(zheng)明材料進行(xing)資格初審。對最終(zhong)有(you)效報名(ming)人(ren)(ren)數(shu)達(da)不到(dao)計劃錄用(yong)人(ren)(ren)數(shu)3倍的(de),取消(xiao)招(zhao)考(kao)計劃。經(jing)審查(cha)符合所報考(kao)崗位資格條件的(de),在(zai)指定網站發布(bu)符合資格條件人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)名(ming)單(dan),考(kao)生須在(zai)規定時間(jian)內到(dao)現場(發布(bu)名(ming)單(dan)時一并通(tong)知)填寫親(qin)筆簽名(ming)的(de)《應聘招(zhao)遠市事(shi)業單(dan)位工作人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)誠信承(cheng)諾書》,繳納考(kao)務費后,現場領取準(zhun)考(kao)證(zheng)。
按照魯價費函(han)[2008]13號文(wen)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)規定,筆試(shi)考(kao)務費收取(qu)標準(zhun)為每(mei)(mei)人(ren)每(mei)(mei)科40元,面(mian)試(shi)每(mei)(mei)人(ren)每(mei)(mei)場(chang)70元。擬享受減(jian)免(mian)考(kao)務費用的(de)(de)(de)農(nong)村特(te)困大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)城鎮(zhen)低(di)(di)保(bao)人(ren)員,現場(chang)領取(qu)準(zhun)考(kao)證時(shi)請攜帶有關證明(ming)材(cai)料(liao)辦理(li)確(que)認和(he)減(jian)免(mian)手續。其(qi)中:城鎮(zhen)低(di)(di)保(bao)家(jia)庭的(de)(de)(de)應聘人(ren)員,提(ti)交(jiao)家(jia)庭所(suo)在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)(de)縣(市、區)民政部門出(chu)(chu)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)享受最低(di)(di)生(sheng)(sheng)活保(bao)障(zhang)證明(ming)和(he)低(di)(di)保(bao)證原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian);農(nong)村特(te)困家(jia)庭的(de)(de)(de)應聘人(ren)員,提(ti)交(jiao)家(jia)庭所(suo)在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)(de)縣(市、區)扶貧辦(部門)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)特(te)困證明(ming)和(he)特(te)困家(jia)庭基本情況檔案卡原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian),或者出(chu)(chu)具(ju)由省人(ren)力資(zi)源社會保(bao)障(zhang)廳(ting)、省教育(yu)廳(ting)核發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)有效期內的(de)(de)(de)《山(shan)東省特(te)困家(jia)庭高校畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)服務卡》原(yuan)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)(ji)復印(yin)件(jian)(jian)。未提(ti)交(jiao)證明(ming)材(cai)料(liao)或提(ti)交(jiao)證明(ming)材(cai)料(liao)不(bu)全的(de)(de)(de),不(bu)予確(que)認和(he)減(jian)免(mian)考(kao)務費用。
考生(sheng)在報考過(guo)程中,應隨時登陸招遠市人力(li)資源和社(she)會保障局網(wang)站(zhan)關(guan)(guan)注查詢相關(guan)(guan)信息,因(yin)考生(sheng)原(yuan)因(yin)未看到相關(guan)(guan)信息的,責任自(zi)負。
(二)考試
招(zhao)聘考(kao)試(shi)實行筆試(shi)和面試(shi)相結(jie)合的(de)辦法。
1、筆試
(1)內容:為公共基礎(chu)知識一科,滿分為100分。主要包括法律常(chang)識、政(zheng)(zheng)治經濟理論、時政(zheng)(zheng)方針、思想(xiang)品德等基礎(chu)性(xing)知識。
(2)時(shi)間(jian):2014年9月20日上(shang)午:9:00—10:30。
(3)地點:見筆(bi)試準考證。
2、面試
筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)結(jie)束后,根據筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)結(jie)果確定筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績合(he)格分數線(xian)。不低于(yu)筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)績合(he)格分數線(xian)的考(kao)生(sheng)全部參加面試(shi)(shi)(shi)。農(nong)村(cun)特困大學(xue)生(sheng)和城鎮低保家庭大學(xue)生(sheng),已在規(gui)定時間內辦理確認和減免筆試(shi)(shi)(shi)考(kao)務(wu)費手續的,經本人申(shen)請,可免收面試(shi)(shi)(shi)考(kao)務(wu)費。
面試根(gen)據行業和崗(gang)位特點,采取(qu)現場主持和上鏡主持相結(jie)合(he)的方式(shi),主要考(kao)(kao)察報考(kao)(kao)人員的綜合(he)素質及專業工作技能。考(kao)(kao)生憑(ping)準考(kao)(kao)證和新一(yi)代(dai)身(shen)份證參加(jia)面試。
面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成績滿分(fen)為100分(fen),成績計算(suan)到小(xiao)數點后兩位數,尾數四舍(she)五入。面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成績在本(ben)場面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)結束后集中向參加面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)的考生宣布。為保(bao)(bao)證人員素質,面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)合格(即(ji)面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)總成績不(bu)足60分(fen))的不(bu)予聘用。面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)時間及其他事(shi)宜另行通知(zhi)(請關注招(zhao)遠(yuan)市人力資源(yuan)和(he)社(she)會保(bao)(bao)障局網站)。
面試(shi)(shi)結束后,按照筆試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)(ji)占30%、面試(shi)(shi)總成績(ji)(ji)占70%的比例(li)以(yi)百(bai)分制(zhi)計算考試(shi)(shi)總成績(ji)(ji),考試(shi)(shi)總成績(ji)(ji)分數計算到小數點后兩位數,尾數四舍五(wu)入。
同一招(zhao)聘崗位出(chu)現(xian)考試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)績相(xiang)同且影響最終聘用的,按面試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)績排序(xu);面試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)績仍相(xiang)同的,再按上鏡主持成(cheng)績排序(xu),仍不能確定的則組織考試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)績相(xiang)同的考生進(jin)行筆試(shi)(shi)加(jia)試(shi)(shi),以加(jia)試(shi)(shi)后的總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)績分數由高(gao)到(dao)低確定出(chu)體(ti)檢(jian)、考核(he)人(ren)員。
(三)體檢和考核
按招考(kao)(kao)(kao)計劃(hua),根據(ju)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試總成(cheng)績由高分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)按照(zhao)1:1比例(li)等額對報(bao)考(kao)(kao)(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)進行體檢、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)。參加體檢、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)的人員(yuan)(yuan)名(ming)單在招遠市(shi)人力資(zi)源(yuan)和社會保障局網站上公(gong)布。
1、體(ti)檢。體(ti)檢參照《公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)檢通用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing))》、《公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)檢操(cao)作(zuo)手(shou)(shou)冊(試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing))》、《關于修訂<公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)檢通用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing))>及<公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)檢操(cao)作(zuo)手(shou)(shou)冊(試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing))>的通知》和《公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)檢特殊標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing))》等規(gui)定(ding)進行(xing)(xing)(xing),國(guo)家另有規(gui)定(ding)的,從其規(gui)定(ding)。
體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)由(you)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)統一組(zu)織,體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)費用(yong)由(you)報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)負擔(dan)(享受減(jian)免(mian)考(kao)務費用(yong)的(de)人員(yuan)(yuan)由(you)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)單位負擔(dan)),體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)時間(jian)另行通(tong)知。所有(you)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)項目(mu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查完畢后,主(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師(shi)認為要(yao)做(zuo)(zuo)進一步檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查方能做(zuo)(zuo)出(chu)判斷的(de),報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)要(yao)服從(cong)主(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師(shi)的(de)安排(pai),做(zuo)(zuo)進一步檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查。報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)或(huo)(huo)(huo)用(yong)人單位對體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)果提(ti)出(chu)異(yi)議的(de),均(jun)可(ke)在(zai)收(shou)到體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)論(lun)7日內(nei),向招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)提(ti)出(chu)書面申請,由(you)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)組(zu)織復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)不在(zai)原體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫院進行,復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)項目(mu)由(you)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)會(hui)同(tong)復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫療機(ji)(ji)(ji)構確定,體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)果以復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)論(lun)為準,有(you)關(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)費用(yong)由(you)申請復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)一方負擔(dan)。復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)只(zhi)能進行一次。除特殊情(qing)況經招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)關(guan)批準外,報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)不按規(gui)定時間(jian)、地點參加體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)或(huo)(huo)(huo)復(fu)(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de),視為棄權。對報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)不服從(cong)主(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)安排(pai)或(huo)(huo)(huo)在(zai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過(guo)程中弄虛(xu)作假、隱瞞真(zhen)實情(qing)況,致使體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)果失真(zhen)的(de),取(qu)消聘(pin)用(yong)資格。
2、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)。對(dui)體(ti)檢合(he)格人員(yuan),由招聘(pin)(pin)主管機(ji)關組(zu)(zu)成工(gong)作(zuo)組(zu)(zu),具體(ti)負責審(shen)查及考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)工(gong)作(zuo)。考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)小組(zu)(zu)要實(shi)事求是、客觀公(gong)正地(di)評價被考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象(xiang),按照德才兼備(bei)的標(biao)準和聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)崗位(wei)要求進行(xing)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he),全面了解被考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象(xiang)的政治思想、道德品質(zhi)、能(neng)力(li)素質(zhi)、學(xue)習和工(gong)作(zuo)表(biao)現(xian)、遵(zun)紀(ji)守法、廉潔自律(lv)以及是否需要回避等方面的情況,并對(dui)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象(xiang)進行(xing)資格復(fu)審(shen),寫出書(shu)面考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)意見。如(ru)經(jing)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)不合(he)格或發現(xian)在應聘(pin)(pin)過程中有弄虛(xu)作(zuo)假等違(wei)反本《招聘(pin)(pin)簡(jian)章》規(gui)定(ding)的行(xing)為,不予(yu)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)或取消聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)。國家對(dui)招聘(pin)(pin)崗位(wei)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)標(biao)準另有規(gui)定(ding)的,從其規(gui)定(ding)。
因體(ti)檢、考(kao)核、公示不合格或放棄體(ti)檢、考(kao)核資(zi)格等情況造成的崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)空缺,從該招(zhao)聘崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)面試合格人(ren)員中按考(kao)試總成績分數由高到低(di)依次等額遞補(bu)。
(四)聘用
對體檢、考(kao)核(he)合格的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),經招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主管機(ji)關(guan)(guan)審查(cha)(cha)人(ren)(ren)事(shi)檔案或有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)材料后(hou)(hou),符合本(ben)《招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)簡章(zhang)》規定的(de)(de),在招(zhao)(zhao)遠(yuan)市(shi)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)和社(she)會保障(zhang)局網站公示(shi),公示(shi)期(qi)7個(ge)工作日。公示(shi)期(qi)滿后(hou)(hou),對沒有(you)(you)(you)問(wen)題或反映(ying)問(wen)題不(bu)(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)確定為(wei)擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),由(you)(you)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)或其(qi)主管部門填寫《事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)匯總表》和《事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)登記表》,報招(zhao)(zhao)遠(yuan)市(shi)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)和和會保障(zhang)局備(bei)案,招(zhao)(zhao)遠(yuan)市(shi)人(ren)(ren)力資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)和社(she)會保障(zhang)局為(wei)其(qi)發放(fang)《事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)通(tong)知書(shu)》,擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)憑《事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)通(tong)知書(shu)》辦理(li)(li)有(you)(you)(you)關(guan)(guan)調動、派(pai)遣手(shou)(shou)(shou)續(xu),招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)按規定與受聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)簽訂(ding)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)合同(tong)。擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)應服從(cong)分(fen)配,不(bu)(bu)服從(cong)分(fen)配的(de)(de),取消(xiao)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)格。對有(you)(you)(you)嚴重問(wen)題并(bing)查(cha)(cha)實(shi)的(de)(de),不(bu)(bu)予聘(pin)用(yong)(yong);對反映(ying)有(you)(you)(you)嚴重問(wen)題,但一(yi)時難(nan)以查(cha)(cha)實(shi)的(de)(de),暫緩聘(pin)用(yong)(yong),待查(cha)(cha)實(shi)并(bing)做出結論后(hou)(hou)再(zai)決定是(shi)否聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)。其(qi)中擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)是(shi)應屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生的(de)(de),還須簽訂(ding)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)協議(yi)(yi)書(shu),并(bing)于正(zheng)式(shi)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)后(hou)(hou)在規定時間內辦理(li)(li)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)續(xu)。如果(guo)不(bu)(bu)能如期(qi)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),或無正(zheng)當(dang)理(li)(li)由(you)(you)未(wei)在規定時間內報到,或報到后(hou)(hou)經審查(cha)(cha)不(bu)(bu)符合招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)(de),取消(xiao)其(qi)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)格。擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)在公示(shi)合格后(hou)(hou)、辦理(li)(li)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)續(xu)前放(fang)棄(qi)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)格或被取消(xiao)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)格而造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)空缺不(bu)(bu)再(zai)進行(xing)遞(di)補;辦理(li)(li)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)手(shou)(shou)(shou)續(xu)后(hou)(hou)未(wei)在規定時間內報到的(de)(de)視為(wei)棄(qi)權(quan),由(you)(you)此造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)空缺也不(bu)(bu)再(zai)進行(xing)遞(di)補。凡在招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)過程中經查(cha)(cha)實(shi)有(you)(you)(you)各類違規違紀行(xing)為(wei)的(de)(de)考(kao)生以及(ji)經公示(shi)后(hou)(hou)無異議(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)自動放(fang)棄(qi)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)格的(de)(de),將由(you)(you)招(zhao)(zhao)遠(yuan)市(shi)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)公開(kai)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)主管機(ji)關(guan)(guan)記入(ru)招(zhao)(zhao)遠(yuan)市(shi)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)考(kao)錄(lu)誠(cheng)信檔案數據庫(ku)。
受聘人(ren)員與聘用(yong)(yong)單位簽訂聘用(yong)(yong)合同,納入事業(ye)編制(zhi)(zhi)管理,按規(gui)定實行試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)制(zhi)(zhi)度,試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)不(bu)合格的(de)解除(chu)聘用(yong)(yong)合同,進入人(ren)才(cai)市場自主擇(ze)業(ye)。
三、其他
應聘人員在報考期間要保持(chi)每天(tian)24小時通訊暢通,并(bing)及時登錄(lu)“招遠(yuan)人力(li)資源和社會保障局網”(網址(zhi)://www.zyld.gov.cn)了解發布的最新信息,因(yin)本人原因(yin)錯(cuo)過重要信息而影響考試聘用的,責任自(zi)負。
事業(ye)單位公(gong)開招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)要嚴格按照國家(jia)、省、市(shi)文(wen)件和本(ben)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)簡章(zhang)規(gui)定執行,如(ru)發(fa)現違紀違規(gui)行為,招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)主管(guan)機關(guan)將參照《公(gong)務員錄用考(kao)試(shi)違紀違規(gui)行為處理(li)辦法(試(shi)行)》(人社部發(fa)﹝2009﹞126號)有關(guan)規(gui)定處理(li)。應聘(pin)(pin)人員在招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)過程中,不服從招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)部門正常工作安排、無理(li)取鬧、擾亂正常招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)工作秩(zhi)序的(de),招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)主管(guan)機關(guan)取消其本(ben)次(ci)聘(pin)(pin)用(考(kao)試(shi))資(zi)格,并(bing)可根據實際(ji)情況,給(gei)予(yu)5年內不得報(bao)考(kao)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)遠市(shi)事業(ye)單位的(de)處理(li)。
本次招(zhao)聘(pin)不指定(ding)考試輔導用書,不授權或委托(tuo)任(ren)何(he)機構舉辦考試輔導培訓班(ban)。社會上出(chu)現任(ren)何(he)名義舉辦的輔導班(ban)、輔導網站或出(chu)版物、上網卡(ka)等,均與公開招(zhao)聘(pin)主管機關無關。
