山東德州月最低工資標準提至1200元(圖)

最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)是指勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者在(zai)法定(ding)工作時間或依(yi)(yi)法簽訂的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同約定(ding)的工作時間內提(ti)(ti)供了正常勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的前提(ti)(ti)下,用人單位(wei)依(yi)(yi)法應支付的最(zui)(zui)低勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬。月最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)標(biao)準適用于(yu)全(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)就業勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者,小(xiao)時最(zui)(zui)低工資(zi)標(biao)準適用于(yu)非全(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)就業勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者。

日前,德州市人社局發(fa)布通(tong)知,自2014年3月1日起(qi),德州月最低工資標準由1080元調(diao)(diao)整為1200元,小時最低工資標準由11元調(diao)(diao)整為12元。

我省自2014年(nian)3月份起再次調整(zheng)最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun),最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun)根(gen)據各地的經濟發展水平(ping)分為3檔,其中德州(zhou)市月最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)為1200元,最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)小時工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)為12元。此前,德州(zhou)市最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun)為1080元,小時最(zui)(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun)為11元。

“每個(ge)月1200元或者(zhe)每個(ge)小時12元,是少(shao)數生產(chan)經(jing)營困難(nan)、經(jing)濟效益下(xia)降、確(que)無正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支付(fu)能力(li)的(de)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)支付(fu)給勞動者(zhe)的(de)最低(di)勞動報(bao)酬,至少(shao)是連續3個(ge)月以上(shang)不(bu)(bu)能正常(chang)發放工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)。”德州市人(ren)(ren)社局勞動關系科工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員介紹,“有支付(fu)能力(li)的(de)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)不(bu)(bu)得將最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)作(zuo)為正常(chang)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支付(fu)標(biao)準,如(ru)果用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)需要按最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準支付(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),應履行必要的(de)民主(zhu)程序并事(shi)先(xian)報(bao)同級人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)(zi)源社會保障行政部門備案。”

勞(lao)動(dong)者個(ge)人應當繳納的(de)(de)社會保險(xian)費(fei)和(he)(he)住房公積金(jin)包含在最低(di)工(gong)資標準之內。值(zhi)得注意(yi)的(de)(de)是,延(yan)長(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間的(de)(de)加班(ban)加點工(gong)資,中班(ban)、夜(ye)班(ban)、高溫、低(di)溫、井(jing)下、有毒有害等特殊(shu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)環境、條件下的(de)(de)津貼,以(yi)及法(fa)律、法(fa)規(gui)和(he)(he)國家、省(sheng)規(gui)定的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)者應當享(xiang)受的(de)(de)福利待遇(yu)不(bu)包含在最低(di)工(gong)資標準的(de)(de)項目內。
