山東高考就業率以離校未就業登記數據為準

12月24日(ri),山東省高校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)信息網公(gong)布(bu)了(le)《關(guan)于做好(hao)我省離校(xiao)未就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)高校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)管理服(fu)務工作的通知》(以下簡稱“通知”),就加(jia)強離校(xiao)未就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生跟蹤服(fu)務、做好(hao)離校(xiao)未就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生實(shi)名登記服(fu)務等工作提出(chu)意見。

通(tong)(tong)知要(yao)求,各高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)要(yao)充分利用“山(shan)東(dong)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)離(li)校(xiao)(xiao)未就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)名(ming)(ming)登(deng)記服(fu)(fu)務(wu)系統(tong)(tong)”,積極開展離(li)校(xiao)(xiao)時就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)報到證簽發回生(sheng)源地(di)(di)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)情況的(de)跟蹤服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。要(yao)將離(li)校(xiao)(xiao)未就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)作(zuo)為重(zhong)點跟蹤服(fu)(fu)務(wu)對象,對有就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)意愿(yuan)尚未進(jin)行實(shi)名(ming)(ming)登(deng)記的(de)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng),在提供就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)同時,幫助(zhu)其(qi)及(ji)時向戶(hu)籍所在地(di)(di)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)主管部門進(jin)行求職登(deng)記,接受當地(di)(di)基層公共就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)部門的(de)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)援助(zhu)。從2013屆畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)開始,將以“山(shan)東(dong)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)離(li)校(xiao)(xiao)未就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)實(shi)名(ming)(ming)登(deng)記服(fu)(fu)務(wu)系統(tong)(tong)”的(de)年底統(tong)(tong)計數據為準,對全(quan)省高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率進(jin)行通(tong)(tong)報。

通知要(yao)求,各市(shi)要(yao)對(dui)所轄范(fan)圍內(nei)離校(xiao)未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)高校(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)一次全面調查統計,摸清(qing)底數(shu)。對(dui)因異地高考(kao)造成生(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)(yuan)地與戶籍(ji)(ji)地不一致的(de)(de)未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),在尊重其(qi)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)愿(yuan)的(de)(de)前(qian)提下,實(shi)(shi)行(xing)“以戶籍(ji)(ji)地為(wei)主,現(xian)居住地為(wei)輔,逐步取消生(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)(yuan)地限制(zhi)”的(de)(de)管理服務(wu)辦法。對(dui)目前(qian)仍未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)進行(xing)實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),通過電話聯系、入戶走訪等(deng)方式,指導(dao)(dao)督促其(qi)進行(xing)實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji),切實(shi)(shi)將(jiang)離校(xiao)未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)高校(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)全部納入實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)范(fan)圍。各市(shi)對(dui)已(yi)實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)且有就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)愿(yuan)的(de)(de)未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),要(yao)做(zuo)到所學專業(ye)(ye)、求職意(yi)向、就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)需求“三(san)清(qing)”;對(dui)未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)回戶籍(ji)(ji)地的(de)(de),要(yao)做(zuo)到人員去(qu)向、就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)狀況(kuang)“兩清(qing)”。要(yao)按照以縣(市(shi)、區)為(wei)主、屬地管理的(de)(de)原則,建立實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)定期反饋制(zhi)度,依托基層公共就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)平臺(tai),在未(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)名(ming)(ming)(ming)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)48小時內(nei),至少向其(qi)提供(gong)一次就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導(dao)(dao)服務(wu),在確認(ren)畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)登(deng)(deng)(deng)記(ji)(ji)信息(xi)的(de)(de)同時,宣傳當地就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策和(he)服務(wu)承(cheng)諾,為(wei)開展就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)奠(dian)定基礎(chu)。

同(tong)時,通知(zhi)要求各市、各高(gao)校要將零就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)家庭(ting)(ting)、經(jing)濟(ji)困(kun)難(nan)家庭(ting)(ting)等(deng)困(kun)難(nan)家庭(ting)(ting)和就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)困(kun)難(nan)的(de)(de)未就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)作為工作重點,對(dui)殘疾高(gao)校畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),配合殘聯向用人單位重點推薦(jian);對(dui)零就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)家庭(ting)(ting)、經(jing)濟(ji)困(kun)難(nan)家庭(ting)(ting)等(deng)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),優(you)先安(an)排參加(jia)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)見(jian)習、職業(ye)培訓(xun),優(you)先提供就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)信息,幫助(zhu)其盡快(kuai)實現就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye);對(dui)接受就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)創業(ye)服務后仍未就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)的(de)(de)困(kun)難(nan)群體(ti)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),進行(xing)過渡性安(an)置。
