十、強化就業優先保障。政(zheng)府(fu)主(zhu)要(yao)負(fu)責人(ren)要(yao)定(ding)期聽取情(qing)況匯報、開(kai)展調(diao)查(cha)研究,加(jia)強(qiang)對(dui)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)作的組織(zhi)領(ling)導(dao)(dao)和統(tong)籌協(xie)(xie)調(diao)。健(jian)全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)市(shi)縣就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和農民工(gong)工(gong)作議事協(xie)(xie)調(diao)機(ji)制,領(ling)導(dao)(dao)小組成員單位每年(nian)要(yao)推出一批穩就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)擴就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策舉(ju)措(cuo)。加(jia)強(qiang)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)督(du)導(dao)(dao)考核(he),建立(li)約談制度,推動解決就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)領(ling)域重大(da)問題和隱(yin)患風險(xian)。加(jia)大(da)各(ge)級(ji)財政(zheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)補助(zhu)資(zi)金(jin)投入,健(jian)全(quan)完善就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)補助(zhu)資(zi)金(jin)直達機(ji)制。加(jia)大(da)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)保險(xian)基(ji)金(jin)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)調(diao)劑,2023年(nian)年(nian)底前實現失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)保險(xian)省(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)統(tong)籌。開(kai)展就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)先(xian)進(jin)集體、個人(ren)表彰,加(jia)大(da)正向(xiang)激勵(li)。各(ge)級(ji)新(xin)聞宣傳部門要(yao)加(jia)大(da)對(dui)基(ji)層就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、自(zi)主(zhu)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、靈活(huo)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、技能成才典型人(ren)物宣傳,引導(dao)(dao)勞(lao)動者特(te)別是青年(nian)群體轉變就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)觀念。健(jian)全(quan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)形勢新(xin)聞發布制度,講(jiang)好就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)優先(xian)“山(shan)東篇”。
