日照市嵐山(shan)區人(ren)社(she)局持續優化營商環境,深(shen)化“放管服”改革,借(jie)力數據共享(xiang),深(shen)化“互聯網(wang)+就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)”,推進完善(shan)“一站式”、“自助式”、“下沉(chen)式”服務模式,為群眾和企業(ye)提供更加便捷的就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)服務。
近(jin)年來,嵐山(shan)區人(ren)社(she)局優化(hua)內(nei)部工作流(liu)程,相關(guan)服(fu)務(wu)事(shi)項(xiang)打包辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li),做(zuo)到信息(xi)互(hu)通、資(zi)源共享(xiang)。企業群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)申請(qing)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)“一(yi)件事(shi)”時(shi),實(shi)行一(yi)套(tao)材料、一(yi)站受理(li)(li)(li)(li)、一(yi)次辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)結,最(zui)(zui)大限(xian)度減少群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)事(shi)所需材料,最(zui)(zui)大程度壓縮辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)時(shi)限(xian),最(zui)(zui)大可(ke)能網(wang)上(shang)(shang)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)和(he)“不(bu)見面服(fu)務(wu)”,實(shi)現“一(yi)次辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)好”。依托山(shan)東(dong)省公共就業和(he)人(ren)才網(wang)上(shang)(shang)服(fu)務(wu)大廳、“嵐山(shan)就業”微信公眾(zhong)(zhong)號、“愛山(shan)東(dong)”app等渠道(dao),對就業登記、求職招聘信息(xi)發(fa)布(bu)、高(gao)校(xiao)畢業生接收手續辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)等20余(yu)個群(qun)(qun)眾(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)頻辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)事(shi)項(xiang),開通網(wang)上(shang)(shang)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)渠道(dao)。2021年線上(shang)(shang)受理(li)(li)(li)(li)并(bing)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)結事(shi)項(xiang)達6000余(yu)件次。
結合平時日常的工作,通過關聯事(shi)項“打包辦(ban)(ban)”、高頻(pin)事(shi)項“提速辦(ban)(ban)”、所有事(shi)項“簡(jian)便辦(ban)(ban)”,實(shi)現(xian)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)群眾(zhong)辦(ban)(ban)事(shi)“跑腿”更(geng)少、材料更(geng)簡(jian)、時限(xian)更(geng)短(duan)、體驗更(geng)好,不斷提升企(qi)業(ye)(ye)群眾(zhong)的獲得感(gan)和滿意(yi)度。通過“網上辦(ban)(ban)”“掌上辦(ban)(ban)”等措施,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策咨(zi)詢、就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)愿發布、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)用工崗位(wei)查詢、失(shi)業(ye)(ye)登(deng)記等業(ye)(ye)務一窗(chuang)受理、同(tong)步登(deng)記。今年以(yi)來,已經提供各類信息查詢服務8000余(yu)人次,回復就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)政(zheng)策咨(zi)詢1500余(yu)人次,真(zhen)正實(shi)現(xian)了(le)“足不出戶、數據跑路”的自(zi)助式(shi)服務。
