青島就業形勢逐步回暖 城市吸引力距深圳仍有差距

日前,青(qing)島(dao)市人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)和社(she)會保障(zhang)局發布(bu)《疫(yi)情(qing)影響下(xia)我市人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)市場新變(bian)化的研究探索》,報(bao)告中首(shou)次公(gong)布(bu)了全市人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)市場三(san)季度(du)“大數(shu)據(ju)”。根據(ju)報(bao)告顯示(shi),今年前三(san)季度(du),我市人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)市場發布(bu)的崗位(wei)需求總(zong)數(shu)為(wei)31.4萬,同比下(xia)降1%,受到疫(yi)情(qing)形勢變(bian)化影響,總(zong)體呈現兩頭高、中間低的“V”形結構。

該(gai)報告顯(xian)示,今年前(qian)三季(ji)度,我市人力資源市場(chang)崗位需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)的(de)產業結(jie)構較之前(qian)變化明(ming)顯(xian),制造業崗位需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)11.9萬,同比增長3.5%,但(dan)服務(wu)業崗位需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)同比下降1.4%。

今(jin)年受疫(yi)情的(de)(de)影響(xiang),服(fu)務業崗位需求“兩極分化”嚴(yan)重。報告中數據(ju)顯示,傳統(tong)服(fu)務業崗位需求下(xia)降(jiang)明顯,但以(yi)互聯網、大(da)數據(ju)、云計算、人(ren)工智能為依(yi)托的(de)(de)服(fu)務業發展勢(shi)頭迅猛。同時,與互聯網密切相關的(de)(de)平(ping)面設計員、課程顧(gu)問、人(ren)力(li)資源師等崗位也首次進入需求人(ren)數前二十位。

隨著(zhu)青島加(jia)快建設世(shi)界工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網之(zhi)都、打造(zao)“工(gong)(gong)匠之(zhi)城”,全市(shi)人(ren)力資源市(shi)場上對于(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)逐步增長(chang)(chang)。今年(nian)前(qian)三季度,專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)類崗(gang)位(wei)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)6.4萬,同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)了12.6%。全市(shi)對于(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)人(ren)才的(de)渴求(qiu)(qiu)也(ye)體(ti)現在工(gong)(gong)資水平(ping)上,“專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)類崗(gang)位(wei)平(ping)均招聘工(gong)(gong)資為6126元/月,同(tong)比(bi)增長(chang)(chang)13.6%,超過管理類崗(gang)位(wei)。 ”

截至(zhi)10月末(mo),全(quan)(quan)市(shi)城鎮新增(zeng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)35.84萬人(ren)(ren)(ren),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長13.89%。同(tong)時(shi)據全(quan)(quan)市(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源(yuan)(yuan)市(shi)場(chang)調查統計顯示,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位提供的平(ping)均(jun)招(zhao)聘(pin)工(gong)資為(wei)5180元/月,同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長10.9%。全(quan)(quan)市(shi)用(yong)工(gong)崗位“薪酬”待(dai)遇穩步提升,就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)形勢總體平(ping)穩、逐步回暖。但從(cong)報告對(dui)全(quan)(quan)市(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源(yuan)(yuan)市(shi)場(chang)“大數據”的分析(xi)研判來看,青島仍(reng)然存在低(di)端崗位“招(zhao)工(gong)難(nan)”、專業(ye)(ye)技術崗位尚未滿足(zu)企業(ye)(ye)需求(qiu)、城市(shi)吸引力距(ju)(ju)深圳等(deng)地區仍(reng)有差距(ju)(ju)等(deng)問(wen)題。

“人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)口老齡(ling)化和少(shao)子化的背景下,要緩解青島(dao)一線操(cao)作工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)缺(que)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)‘用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)、用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貴’,需(xu)借力‘高端制(zhi)造業(ye)+人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)’攻勢,加(jia)強‘機器替(ti)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)’,以‘智能(neng)紅利’代替(ti)‘人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)口紅利’。”市就業(ye)服務中心相關負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)表示。為(wei)此,該報告也建議全(quan)市應加(jia)大對“人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)”企業(ye)的引(yin)進和扶持力度,打造政(zheng)府、高校、科研院所協同(tong)并進的“人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才就業(ye)高地”,同(tong)時做好職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)培訓,幫助(zhu)勞動者在人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)智能(neng)時代做好過渡轉(zhuan)型。
