近年來,市北區(qu)遼源(yuan)路街道(dao)在(zai)持(chi)續優化(hua)營商環境上(shang)下功夫(fu),堅(jian)持(chi)以“U+”服(fu)務品牌建設驅動(dong)服(fu)務創新,在(zai)深化(hua)“一(yi)次辦(ban)好”改革(ge)中(zhong),先(xian)后在(zai)全(quan)區(qu)率先(xian)推出“只跑一(yi)次+陪同(tong)辦(ban)好”、“延時(shi)服(fu)務”、“容缺服(fu)務”、“1+1”經辦(ban)等(deng)特色(se)服(fu)務。為(wei)全(quan)力落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)“六穩(wen)六保”,街道(dao)秉承“U+”品牌的(de)“無處(chu)不在(zai)”人社(she)服(fu)務理(li)念(nian),搭載黨建引擎,布局人社(she)工(gong)作網(wang)格化(hua)路徑(jing),聚力服(fu)務創新再(zai)升級,織密落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)政策保障網(wang),著力破解政策落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)“最后一(yi)公(gong)里”難題,力促(cu)各項強(qiang)企惠民政策落(luo)實(shi)(shi)(shi)、落(luo)地、落(luo)細,筑(zhu)牢(lao)穩(wen)就業(ye)保就業(ye)陣地,讓群眾和企業(ye)有實(shi)(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)在(zai)的(de)獲得感,夯(hang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)轄區(qu)經濟(ji)發展和社(she)會穩(wen)定的(de)基(ji)礎,打造最優政務服(fu)務新高(gao)地。
微(wei)(wei)(wei)播(bo)(bo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)助發展(zhan)。有(you)(you)了政(zheng)策(ce)“及時(shi)雨”,關(guan)鍵(jian)還要“下到位(wei)”。為(wei)破(po)解中小微(wei)(wei)(wei)企(qi)業(ye)復產復工難題,使疫情防控和(he)惠(hui)企(qi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)舉措落實、落地、落細,街道力(li)推(tui)精(jing)(jing)準式“微(wei)(wei)(wei)播(bo)(bo)”服(fu)(fu)務(wu)。“微(wei)(wei)(wei)播(bo)(bo)”服(fu)(fu)務(wu)以(yi)“直播(bo)(bo)+錄播(bo)(bo)”為(wei)載體(ti),開通直播(bo)(bo)互(hu)動、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)企(qi)業(ye)QQ群、微(wei)(wei)(wei)信群、街道微(wei)(wei)(wei)信公眾號、電子(zi)郵(you)箱等(deng)“線上”政(zheng)策(ce)答疑平臺,在幫助企(qi)業(ye)知曉(xiao)政(zheng)策(ce)的同時(shi),指導(dao)(dao)企(qi)業(ye)完成各項(xiang)補貼申報工作(zuo),讓企(qi)業(ye)能夠(gou)“隨(sui)(sui)時(shi)、隨(sui)(sui)地、隨(sui)(sui)需”享(xiang)受(shou)(shou)到政(zheng)策(ce)解讀服(fu)(fu)務(wu),從而實現精(jing)(jing)準宣(xuan)講(jiang)的效果(guo)。為(wei)確(que)保宣(xuan)講(jiang)效果(guo),每場宣(xuan)講(jiang)時(shi)間(jian)控制(zhi)在30分鐘內(nei),讓企(qi)業(ye)有(you)(you)時(shi)間(jian)聽;每場參與企(qi)業(ye)規模控制(zhi)在20家(jia)以(yi)內(nei),方便企(qi)業(ye)有(you)(you)效交(jiao)流;宣(xuan)講(jiang)內(nei)容少而精(jing)(jing),問題導(dao)(dao)向深(shen)入(ru)淺(qian)出,讓企(qi)業(ye)愿意聽,利于(yu)企(qi)業(ye)“吸收(shou)消化”。對于(yu)無法參與直播(bo)(bo)活動的企(qi)業(ye),街道還為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)提供錄播(bo)(bo)視頻和(he)線上交(jiao)流平臺,便于(yu)企(qi)業(ye)不(bu)受(shou)(shou)時(shi)間(jian)、空間(jian)限制(zhi)汲取(qu)政(zheng)策(ce)“營養”。精(jing)(jing)準式“微(wei)(wei)(wei)播(bo)(bo)”突(tu)破(po)了傳(chuan)統(tong)宣(xuan)講(jiang)的效果(guo)“瓶頸”,目前已為(wei)入(ru)駐轄區商務(wu)聚集地中鐵大廈的200多家(jia)用人單位(wei)配送(song)“政(zheng)策(ce)套餐”,受(shou)(shou)到轄區企(qi)業(ye)一致(zhi)好評。
定位服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)解民憂。針(zhen)對(dui)政(zheng)策(ce)知曉度的(de)(de)(de)盲區問題,遼源路街道(dao)著力(li)為政(zheng)策(ce)賦(fu)能(neng)(neng),創新推(tui)出 “定位服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”,實現人(ren)(ren)社(she)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)從“人(ren)(ren)找政(zheng)策(ce)”到“政(zheng)策(ce)找人(ren)(ren)”的(de)(de)(de)轉型升(sheng)(sheng)級(ji)。“定位服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)”主(zhu)要是依托(tuo)“U+”服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,針(zhen)對(dui)不同的(de)(de)(de)政(zheng)策(ce),分(fen)批分(fen)類地(di)通過大數(shu)據(ju)比對(dui),進(jin)行專業化數(shu)據(ju)綜合(he)分(fen)析,通過電話、微信、QQ等“點對(dui)點”聯系方(fang)式(shi)與(yu)(yu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)對(dui)象進(jin)行溝通交流,及(ji)時(shi)了解掌握服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)對(dui)象當前(qian)意愿及(ji)需求(qiu),為轄(xia)(xia)區服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)對(dui)象匹(pi)配相適的(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)社(she)政(zheng)策(ce),從而使政(zheng)府與(yu)(yu)群(qun)眾的(de)(de)(de)距(ju)離更(geng)貼近、群(qun)眾需求(qiu)更(geng)清晰、政(zheng)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)更(geng)貼心。針(zhen)對(dui)群(qun)眾需求(qiu)訂單,為24人(ren)(ren)在(zai)轄(xia)(xia)區開(kai)設(she)中式(shi)面點培訓課堂,讓轄(xia)(xia)區居民在(zai)“家門口(kou)”就(jiu)能(neng)(neng)享受到優質的(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)業服務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),高效便捷地(di)實現就(jiu)業技能(neng)(neng)提升(sheng)(sheng)。
OTO招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)促雙(shuang)(shuang)贏(ying)。為助(zhu)推(tui)全市“雙(shuang)(shuang)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)雙(shuang)(shuang)引”攻(gong)勢,促使企(qi)(qi)業與人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)實現(xian)(xian)“點對點”精準對接,街道改變以(yi)往招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)模式,采取預約(yue)式OTO招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)。求職者(zhe)可以(yi)隨(sui)時隨(sui)地(di)通(tong)過微(wei)信(xin)、網站預約(yue)自己中(zhong)意(yi)的崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei),企(qi)(qi)業收到預約(yue)信(xin)息,提(ti)前查(cha)看簡歷,建(jian)立初試(shi)印象,以(yi)提(ti)高現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)面試(shi)的求職“命中(zhong)率”。為確保每場(chang)(chang)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)活(huo)動的順利開展,中(zhong)心以(yi)服務需(xu)求為導(dao)向,充分發(fa)揮媒介作(zuo)用(yong),整合優勢資源(yuan),積極搭建(jian)供(gong)需(xu)雙(shuang)(shuang)向平臺(tai)。組織(zhi)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)開展崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)征集,并依托青島市人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)社局官網、青島人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)網、市北(bei)(bei)區與智聯招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)合作(zuo)平臺(tai)、市北(bei)(bei)微(wei)就(jiu)業公眾(zhong)號、星火遼源(yuan)公眾(zhong)號等多渠道進(jin)行(xing)線(xian)上(shang)發(fa)布,同(tong)時經(jing)過崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)分析,利用(yong)區人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)社局大學生管(guan)理(li)平臺(tai)、街道失業人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、就(jiu)業困難人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、退役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)等管(guan)理(li)平臺(tai)進(jin)行(xing)定向招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)信(xin)息發(fa)送,并結合疫情防控(kong)的要求,組織(zhi)與線(xian)上(shang)相銜(xian)接的現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)面試(shi)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)會。通(tong)過線(xian)上(shang)線(xian)下(xia)齊發(fa)力,使就(jiu)業服務更加精準化化、便捷化、長效化,助(zhu)力企(qi)(qi)業與人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)互利共贏(ying)、共同(tong)發(fa)展。近期,在全區率先舉辦了首次場(chang)(chang)外(wai)線(xian)下(xia)“活(huo)力遼源(yuan)”專場(chang)(chang)招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)會,以(yi)“與企(qi)(qi)業和就(jiu)業共享,讓(rang)理(li)想于成功啟航”為主題(ti),共有30余家單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei),計劃招(zhao)(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)600余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)涉及電子(zi)信(xin)息、建(jian)筑工程(cheng)、保險金融等多個領(ling)域,達成求職意(yi)向400余人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),企(qi)(qi)業與求職者(zhe)均反(fan)響良好。
