日前,青島發布2018年工資指導線,以2017年本企業平均工資為基數,基準線為平均工資增長9%,上線為平均工資增長13%,下線為平均工資增長4%。
企(qi)(qi)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)制度(du)是政(zheng)(zheng)府調控(kong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)分配(pei)、引導(dao)(dao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)合理增長的一項(xiang)重(zhong)要(yao)制度(du),是為各類(lei)市場主(zhu)體開(kai)展工(gong)(gong)資(zi)集(ji)體協(xie)(xie)(xie)商及確(que)定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增長水(shui)平提供的重(zhong)要(yao)依據。按照《山東省(sheng)(sheng)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)支付(fu)規定》(省(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)(zheng)府令第188號),在政(zheng)(zheng)府部(bu)門(men)發布企(qi)(qi)業(ye)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)30日內,各企(qi)(qi)業(ye)要(yao)制定落實工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)實施方(fang)案(an)(an)(工(gong)(gong)資(zi)集(ji)體協(xie)(xie)(xie)議)編制本年(nian)(nian)度(du)薪酬預算,并及時將2018年(nian)(nian)落實工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)實施方(fang)案(an)(an)(工(gong)(gong)資(zi)集(ji)體協(xie)(xie)(xie)議)及2017年(nian)(nian)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)履行(xing)情況報送人(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)社會保障部(bu)門(men)備案(an)(an)。
針對(dui)逾(yu)(yu)期(qi)未(wei)備(bei)案(an)的企業,由人力資源社會保障部(bu)門依據相關規定給予警告(gao),責令限期(qi)改正(zheng),逾(yu)(yu)期(qi)不改正(zheng)的,處以(yi)2000元以(yi)上10000元以(yi)下的罰(fa)款。
