日前,青島發布2018年工資指導線,以2017年本企業平均工資為基數,基準線為平均工資增長9%,上線為平均工資增長13%,下線為平均工資增長4%。
企業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線制度(du)(du)是(shi)政(zheng)府調(diao)控(kong)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)分配、引導(dao)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)職工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)合理增(zeng)長的一項(xiang)重(zhong)要(yao)制度(du)(du),是(shi)為各(ge)類市場主體開展(zhan)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)集體協(xie)(xie)商(shang)及確定(ding)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長水平提供的重(zhong)要(yao)依據。按照(zhao)《山東(dong)省企業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)支付規定(ding)》(省政(zheng)府令第188號),在政(zheng)府部門發(fa)布企業(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線30日內,各(ge)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)制定(ding)落實工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線實施方(fang)案(工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)集體協(xie)(xie)議(yi))編制本年度(du)(du)薪酬預(yu)算,并(bing)及時(shi)將2018年落實工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線實施方(fang)案(工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)集體協(xie)(xie)議(yi))及2017年工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線履行(xing)情況報送人力資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源社會保(bao)障部門備(bei)案。
針(zhen)對逾期(qi)未備(bei)案的企業(ye),由人力(li)資源社會(hui)保障部門依據相關規定給予(yu)警告,責令(ling)限期(qi)改正(zheng),逾期(qi)不改正(zheng)的,處以(yi)(yi)2000元以(yi)(yi)上(shang)10000元以(yi)(yi)下的罰款。
