1月16日,記者從省總工會了解到,截至目前,全省21361家百人以上建會非公有制企業中,18894家建立溝通協商機制,建制率達到88.5%;3415家國有、集體及其控股企業和5295家百人以上建會事業單位已全部建立溝通協商機制。

據了解(jie),2017年(nian),諸城(cheng)市在(zai)推進企業改(gai)革改(gai)制過(guo)程中,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)與(yu)行(xing)政溝通(tong)協(xie)商(shang)機(ji)制的作(zuo)用(yong),就職工(gong)(gong)(gong)疑慮問(wen)題與(yu)行(xing)政進行(xing)溝通(tong)協(xie)商(shang),解(jie)決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的合(he)理訴求,維護了職工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍穩(wen)定(ding)和社(she)會(hui)安定(ding),全市企業勞動爭議案件較2016年(nian)同比下(xia)降12.6%,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)離職率較2016年(nian)同比下(xia)降10.3%,分(fen)別比全國平(ping)均水(shui)平(ping)低3.2%、4.6%。諸城(cheng)慈(ci)海(hai)醫(yi)院(yuan)在(zai)與(yu)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)溝通(tong)協(xie)商(shang)中,了解(jie)到“職工(gong)(gong)(gong)想(xiang)要持有公司股份(fen)”的訴求,經董事(shi)會(hui)研(yan)究決定(ding),進行(xing)股權(quan)機(ji)制改(gai)革,吸納優秀(xiu)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)入股,讓更多優秀(xiu)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)分(fen)享醫(yi)院(yuan)的發(fa)展成果(guo)。
