體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)標(biao)準(zhun)參照《公(gong)務(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(試行(xing)(xing))》(國(guo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)部發〔2005〕1號)和《關于修訂(ding)〈公(gong)務(wu)員錄用(yong)(yong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(試行(xing)(xing))〉的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)知》(人(ren)(ren)(ren)社部發〔2010〕19號)執行(xing)(xing),國(guo)家(jia)另有規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)從其規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。除特殊情況經(jing)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位主管部門(men)同意(yi)外,應(ying)聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員不(bu)按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)時間、地(di)點(dian)參加體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de),視為(wei)自動放棄。對于體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)違反操(cao)作(zuo)規(gui)(gui)程、弄(nong)虛作(zuo)假、徇(xun)私舞弊、瀆職(zhi)失職(zhi)等(deng)造成不(bu)良(liang)后(hou)果的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,按照有關規(gui)(gui)定(ding)給予(yu)處理(li);應(ying)聘(pin)者(zhe)在體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)有意(yi)隱(yin)瞞影響聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)疾病(bing)或者(zhe)病(bing)史的(de)(de)(de),經(jing)查實后(hou)給予(yu)不(bu)予(yu)聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)處理(li);應(ying)聘(pin)者(zhe)在體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)有串通(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工作(zuo)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員作(zuo)弊或者(zhe)請他人(ren)(ren)(ren)代替體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以及(ji)交換(huan)、替換(huan)化驗樣本(ben)等(deng)作(zuo)弊行(xing)(xing)為(wei)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)經(jing)查實,體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果無效,并取消本(ben)次(ci)應(ying)聘(pin)資格。對按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)需(xu)要復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de),不(bu)在原體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫院進(jin)行(xing)(xing),復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)只能進(jin)行(xing)(xing)1次(ci),最終(zhong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果以復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結論為(wei)準(zhun)。
對因(yin)應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)與現聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用單位處理解(jie)除聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用關(guan)系等(deng)問題造成(cheng)不能按規定時間進行考(kao)察體檢(jian)的,視為自動(dong)放(fang)棄(qi)(qi)(qi);對棄(qi)(qi)(qi)權、考(kao)察或體檢(jian)不合(he)格、因(yin)個人(ren)原因(yin)無法辦理相關(guan)手續、自動(dong)放(fang)棄(qi)(qi)(qi)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用資格等(deng)原因(yin)造成(cheng)的空缺(que),可從(cong)本(ben)招聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)崗位應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)人(ren)員中(zhong)按照考(kao)試成(cheng)績(ji)依次等(deng)額遞(di)補(bu)(bu)。如果出(chu)現應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)人(ren)員總成(cheng)績(ji)相同,則(ze)按筆試成(cheng)績(ji)由(you)高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)(dao)低分(fen)確定遞(di)補(bu)(bu)人(ren)選;如果筆試成(cheng)績(ji)也相同,則(ze)對成(cheng)績(ji)相同者(zhe)重新組織面試,按面試成(cheng)績(ji)由(you)高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)(dao)低分(fen)確定進入遞(di)補(bu)(bu)人(ren)選。
