體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)標準參照《公務(wu)員(yuan)錄(lu)用體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)用標準(試行(xing)(xing))》(國人(ren)部(bu)發〔2005〕1號)和《關(guan)于(yu)修訂(ding)〈公務(wu)員(yuan)錄(lu)用體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)用標準(試行(xing)(xing))〉的(de)(de)通(tong)知》(人(ren)社部(bu)發〔2010〕19號)執行(xing)(xing),國家(jia)另有(you)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)從其規(gui)(gui)定(ding)。除特殊(shu)情況經用人(ren)單位主管部(bu)門同意外,應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)人(ren)員(yuan)不按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的(de)(de)時間、地點參加(jia)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de),視為(wei)自動放棄。對于(yu)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中違反操作(zuo)規(gui)(gui)程、弄虛作(zuo)假、徇私舞(wu)弊、瀆職失(shi)職等(deng)造成(cheng)不良(liang)后(hou)果的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan),按照有(you)關(guan)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)給予(yu)處(chu)理;應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)者(zhe)在(zai)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過程中有(you)意隱瞞影響聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用的(de)(de)疾病或者(zhe)病史的(de)(de),經查實后(hou)給予(yu)不予(yu)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用的(de)(de)處(chu)理;應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)者(zhe)在(zai)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過程中有(you)串通(tong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)作(zuo)弊或者(zhe)請他人(ren)代替體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以及交換(huan)、替換(huan)化驗樣(yang)本等(deng)作(zuo)弊行(xing)(xing)為(wei)的(de)(de),一(yi)經查實,體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果無效(xiao),并(bing)取消本次應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)資格(ge)。對按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)需要(yao)復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de),不在(zai)原體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫院進行(xing)(xing),復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)只能進行(xing)(xing)1次,最(zui)終(zhong)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果以復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結論(lun)為(wei)準。
對(dui)因(yin)應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)者本人(ren)(ren)與現(xian)聘(pin)(pin)用單位(wei)處理解除(chu)聘(pin)(pin)用關系等問(wen)題(ti)造成(cheng)不能(neng)按(an)規定時間進行考(kao)察體檢(jian)(jian)的,視為(wei)自動放棄(qi);對(dui)棄(qi)權、考(kao)察或體檢(jian)(jian)不合(he)格(ge)、因(yin)個人(ren)(ren)原(yuan)因(yin)無(wu)法辦理相關手續、自動放棄(qi)聘(pin)(pin)用資格(ge)等原(yuan)因(yin)造成(cheng)的空缺,可從本招聘(pin)(pin)崗(gang)位(wei)應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)員中(zhong)按(an)照考(kao)試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)依次等額遞(di)(di)補。如果出現(xian)應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)員總成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)相同(tong)(tong),則(ze)(ze)按(an)筆試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)由高分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)確(que)定遞(di)(di)補人(ren)(ren)選;如果筆試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)也相同(tong)(tong),則(ze)(ze)對(dui)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)相同(tong)(tong)者重新組(zu)織(zhi)面試(shi),按(an)面試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)由高分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)確(que)定進入遞(di)(di)補人(ren)(ren)選。
