現如今,高鐵已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)交通(tong)運(yun)輸體系的重要組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)部分。目(mu)前我(wo)(wo)國(guo)高速(su)鐵路(lu)運(yun)營(ying)里(li)程位(wei)居(ju)世(shi)界第一位(wei),正在建設(she)中的高速(su)鐵路(lu)也有(you)1萬多公里(li),未(wei)來幾年,我(wo)(wo)國(guo)高速(su)鐵路(lu)建設(she)將(jiang)進入井噴(pen)時(shi)期。據鐵道(dao)部預計,截止至(zhi)2020年,我(wo)(wo)國(guo)高鐵運(yun)營(ying)里(li)程將(jiang)達到12萬公里(li)以上(shang),連接所(suo)有(you)省會城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)和(he)50萬人(ren)口(kou)以上(shang)城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi),覆蓋全國(guo)90%以上(shang)人(ren)口(kou)。隨著(zhu)山(shan)東省“三縱(zong)三橫”的鐵路(lu)規劃,未(wei)來,山(shan)東省新建高鐵將(jiang)達2385公里(li),項(xiang)目(mu)總投資3281億元。高鐵建設(she)已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為重中之重,因(yin)此,有(you)著(zhu)相關專業(ye)技能的道(dao)路(lu)橋梁工(gong)程專業(ye)人(ren)才就業(ye)前景將(jiang)十分明朗(lang)。
今(jin)年(nian)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)季,齊魯人(ren)(ren)才網(wang)通(tong)訊員(yuan)先后參(can)加了(le)山東省30多家高校(xiao)的(de)校(xiao)園招聘(pin)(pin)會,深(shen)入了(le)解山東省畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)情況,并(bing)針對道路橋梁專業(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)情況進行(xing)了(le)專訪。在(zai)(zai)濰(wei)坊工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學院招聘(pin)(pin)會,現(xian)場不乏(fa)有(you)中國鐵路工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程局等大(da)(da)型國有(you)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)招聘(pin)(pin)。今(jin)年(nian)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)李同(tong)學這樣告訴我們。“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)挺好找的(de),我應聘(pin)(pin)的(de)是施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)員(yuan),所(suo)簽的(de)單位(wei)也很滿(man)意,實(shi)習(xi)期就(jiu)是做(zuo)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),現(xian)在(zai)(zai)我也熟悉流程了(le),可以直接(jie)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),要是非說有(you)什么缺(que)(que)點(dian)的(de)話,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)地點(dian)遠(yuan)離市(shi)區,兩三個人(ren)(ren)負責一(yi)段工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地,比較寂寞算(suan)是最大(da)(da)的(de)缺(que)(que)點(dian)吧(ba),但(dan)是郊外(wai)的(de)星(xing)空很美,也算(suan)是苦(ku)中作(zuo)(zuo)樂吧(ba)。” 同(tong)樣我們也聽到了(le)另一(yi)種(zhong)聲音,“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)是好找,但(dan)這一(yi)類工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)一(yi)般(ban)常年(nian)駐扎郊外(wai),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)地點(dian)不穩定,流動性很大(da)(da),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)條(tiao)件較為艱苦(ku),所(suo)以大(da)(da)部分(fen)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)還是更加青睞男性,身為一(yi)名女(nv)性求(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)者想找個對口(kou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)挺不容(rong)易(yi)的(de)。”該專業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)王同(tong)學也表(biao)示,在(zai)(zai)現(xian)場,她(ta)也投遞(di)了(le)多份簡歷(li),如(ru)果這幾份簡歷(li)都“石沉大(da)(da)海”她(ta)只能(neng)選(xuan)擇跨專業(ye)(ye)(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。
通(tong)過現場采訪我們(men)發現,道路橋(qiao)梁(liang)工程專(zhuan)業畢業生就業前景較為明朗,但工作條件較為艱苦,成為不(bu)(bu)少(shao)求職者(zhe)望而卻(que)步的原(yuan)因,同樣因為這一原(yuan)因不(bu)(bu)少(shao)企業在招聘時也首先考慮男性(xing),這也造成了該行業男女比(bi)例的嚴重失調。
就(jiu)該(gai)專(zhuan)業(ye)就(jiu)業(ye)情況(kuang),會(hui)(hui)后,我們(men)也(ye)采訪了有(you)著(zhu)10多(duo)年(nian)(nian)從業(ye)經驗的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師李先生,李工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)說:“近些年(nian)(nian)山東地區高鐵發展迅猛(meng),專(zhuan)業(ye)人才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)缺口也(ye)的(de)(de)(de)確(que)(que)較大,僅我們(men)公司今(jin)年(nian)(nian)已招(zhao)聘(pin)了20名畢業(ye)生,但工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境較為艱苦,常年(nian)(nian)駐扎野外(wai),有(you)時還(huan)受天(tian)氣影響需(xu)要(yao)趕工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期加(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),因(yin)(yin)(yin)此不(bu)少人望而(er)(er)卻步(bu)。但是(shi),路橋類工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)也(ye)有(you)這自身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)優(you)勢,例如薪酬相對較高,企(qi)業(ye)一般提供食宿,年(nian)(nian)底休假較多(duo),重視技能而(er)(er)非學歷等。”就(jiu)女(nv)性(xing)就(jiu)業(ye)問(wen)題李工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)也(ye)笑(xiao)著(zhu)表示,“根本不(bu)存在(zai)性(xing)別歧視,我們(men)公司也(ye)有(you)女(nv)性(xing)技術(shu)員(yuan)在(zai)現場工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)環境的(de)(de)(de)特殊性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)確(que)(que)是(shi)制(zhi)約大部分女(nv)性(xing)求職者的(de)(de)(de)第一要(yao)素(su)。長期駐外(wai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),每天(tian)要(yao)和(he)鋼(gang)筋(jin)混凝土打交(jiao)道,因(yin)(yin)(yin)此大多(duo)數女(nv)性(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)者婚后會(hui)(hui)因(yin)(yin)(yin)家庭因(yin)(yin)(yin)素(su)選擇離職,這也(ye)造成了人才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)流失(shi),畢竟培養(yang)一名優(you)秀的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術(shu)員(yuan)周(zhou)期很長,所以(yi)大多(duo)數企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)招(zhao)聘(pin)時優(you)先考慮(lv)男性(xing)。但是(shi)女(nv)性(xing)往(wang)(wang)往(wang)(wang)更加(jia)細(xi)心、嚴謹(jin),像預算員(yuan),資料員(yuan),安全員(yuan)等崗位對女(nv)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)需(xu)求量也(ye)是(shi)很大的(de)(de)(de)。”
通(tong)過上圖可見(jian),目(mu)前山(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)類行(xing)業月平(ping)均(jun)工資高達5638元(yuan),而山(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)平(ping)均(jun)工資為(wei)(wei)4514元(yuan),其遠(yuan)遠(yuan)高出(chu)山(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)平(ping)均(jun)工資1124元(yuan)!儼然已(yi)成為(wei)(wei)山(shan)東地區高薪(xin)行(xing)業。畢業生從事路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)行(xing)業是非(fei)常不錯的選擇,那么山(shan)東省(sheng)(sheng)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)行(xing)業的崗位薪(xin)酬是怎樣呢?為(wei)(wei)此我們也從齊魯人才網數(shu)據庫中抽取2萬份樣本供(gong)大家參考(kao)。
通過(guo)(guo)齊魯人(ren)才網發(fa)布的數據不(bu)難發(fa)現,就目前山東省路橋(qiao)類(lei)崗(gang)位薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)來看,建筑工程(cheng)(cheng)師以(yi)6186元的月平(ping)均(jun)(jun)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)位列(lie)第(di)一(yi),結構(gou)工程(cheng)(cheng)師和項目管(guan)理分別以(yi)5917元和5583元的月平(ping)均(jun)(jun)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)位列(lie)二三,前三名(ming)以(yi)管(guan)理類(lei)崗(gang)位為(wei)(wei)主(zhu),平(ping)均(jun)(jun)薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)均(jun)(jun)超過(guo)(guo)5500元。資(zi)料(liao)員工資(zi)相對較(jiao)(jiao)低僅為(wei)(wei)3379元,或與其工作技術性(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)低有關,其他路橋(qiao)類(lei)崗(gang)位薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)也相對較(jiao)(jiao)高,均(jun)(jun)超過(guo)(guo)4000元。路橋(qiao)類(lei)行業雖然薪(xin)酬(chou)(chou)較(jiao)(jiao)高,但技術性(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)強,不(bu)能速(su)成,需要長期積累工作經驗(yan),因此(ci)求(qiu)(qiu)職者在(zai)追求(qiu)(qiu)高薪(xin)的同(tong)時(shi),更(geng)要注(zhu)重自己專業技能的培養,“打鐵還需自身(shen)硬”,求(qiu)(qiu)職者只有真正掌握(wo)了相關專業技能才能找到(dao)更(geng)加(jia)稱心(xin)如意的工作。
