眼下正是大學生求職旺季,各大校園招聘、春季招聘會相繼(ji)拉開大(da)幕,記者(zhe)從山(shan)東省(sheng)人(ren)力資源社會保障廳獲悉,當前和今(jin)后一(yi)個(ge)時(shi)期,山(shan)東省(sheng)高(gao)校畢業生(sheng)數量依然保持高(gao)位,今(jin)年(nian)山(shan)東省(sheng)應屆高(gao)校畢業生(sheng)人(ren)數將首次突破60萬人(ren)大(da)關。今(jin)年(nian)也(ye)是95后大(da)規模加(jia)入求職大(da)軍(jun)的第一(yi)年(nian),這讓今(jin)年(nian)的招(zhao)聘會也(ye)發生(sheng)了一(yi)些新變化。
3月25日,山(shan)(shan)東省2017年春季高(gao)校(xiao)畢業生(sheng)就業集(ji)中招聘活動在山(shan)(shan)東大學舉行(xing),來自(zi)全國19個(ge)省份的(de)670余(yu)家(jia)用(yong)人單位(wei)參會,提供崗(gang)位(wei)2.7萬余(yu)個(ge),其中政府組(zu)團數量(liang)為歷年最高(gao)。雖然當天天氣陰冷,依舊無法阻擋(dang)應屆畢業生(sheng)的(de)熱情,近萬名(ming)學生(sheng)參加(jia)了這次招聘會,除山(shan)(shan)東大學本校(xiao)學生(sheng)外(wai),一(yi)半以上(shang)是專程(cheng)趕(gan)來的(de)省內外(wai)其他高(gao)校(xiao)畢業生(sheng)。
泰山學院(yuan)畢業(ye)(ye)生于(yu)(yu)晴(qing)晴(qing)雖然學的是(shi)(shi)旅游(you)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye),但她理想(xiang)的單位(wei)是(shi)(shi)銀行和國企(qi),專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)和想(xiang)找(zhao)的工作(zuo)不對口,這讓她感覺求職比較難(nan),招聘會上能找(zhao)到的崗位(wei)薪(xin)酬待遇在月(yue)薪(xin)3000元到4000元之間。“畢業(ye)(ye)生薪(xin)酬普遍都是(shi)(shi)這個情況,所以與理想(xiang)差距并(bing)不大。”于(yu)(yu)晴(qing)晴(qing)說。
記者在(zai)招聘會上(shang)發現,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)生、醫(yi)科(ke)生比(bi)文科(ke)生更(geng)好找(zhao)(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,起薪也更(geng)高,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)生的普遍薪資是4000元—5000元,文科(ke)生則是3000元—4000元。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)科(ke)生在(zai)面對用人(ren)單位時選(xuan)擇的余地(di)也更(geng)大(da)(da)。來自合肥工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)大(da)(da)學(xue)機(ji)械專業(ye)(ye)一位山(shan)東(dong)籍(ji)畢業(ye)(ye)生告訴記者,班里同學(xue)有一半考研、一半找(zhao)(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,他從大(da)(da)四學(xue)期一開(kai)始(shi)就(jiu)找(zhao)(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,去(qu)年面試了10家公(gong)司(si),最終有一家公(gong)司(si)想聘用他。山(shan)東(dong)大(da)(da)學(xue)藥學(xue)專業(ye)(ye)畢業(ye)(ye)生袁夢告訴記者,大(da)(da)部分同學(xue)去(qu)藥企從事研發工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,“本專業(ye)(ye)比(bi)較容易找(zhao)(zhao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,所(suo)以不(bu)急著找(zhao)(zhao),女生更(geng)傾向于(yu)穩定的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,質檢、注冊等。”
據了解,今年也是95后大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)面踏入職(zhi)場的(de)(de)第一(yi)年。在采訪中,很多畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)表示,求職(zhi)看重(zhong)的(de)(de)幾個(ge)因(yin)素,除(chu)了工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)地(di)點、薪酬以外,還關注工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)體驗、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展前景、個(ge)人(ren)(ren)發(fa)展空間(jian),以及(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)環境及(ji)(ji)氛(fen)圍等。“最(zui)近幾年,我們通(tong)過問卷和訪談(tan)發(fa)現,90后大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)非常(chang)注重(zhong)自我價(jia)值的(de)(de)實現。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)后,希望(wang)有師(shi)傅(fu)帶他(ta)們快速成(cheng)長,給他(ta)們足夠的(de)(de)尊重(zhong)、信(xin)任和一(yi)定的(de)(de)授(shou)權,體驗到做事(shi)的(de)(de)價(jia)值感。”山(shan)東大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)指(zhi)導中心負(fu)責就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)質量(liang)調(diao)研反(fan)饋工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)常(chang)海(hai)峰說,面對90后、95后這個(ge)群體,用人(ren)(ren)單位的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)力資源管理也在進行(xing)相應調(diao)整,一(yi)些名企越來越重(zhong)視“雇主(zhu)品牌”建(jian)設,比如(ru)在職(zhi)場中構建(jian)一(yi)種對新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)代比較友好的(de)(de)文化氛(fen)圍,構筑職(zhi)場伙(huo)伴關系(xi)、賦權等。
記者(zhe)在招聘(pin)會上也注意到(dao),用人單(dan)位(wei)招聘(pin)海報上會列出“解決北(bei)京戶口”、“上市企業”等(deng)字(zi)樣(yang),很多(duo)用人單(dan)位(wei)會分享員工(gong)們(men)愉快的工(gong)作(zuo)體驗,一些用人單(dan)位(wei)會設計無息房貸(dai)政策(ce)、彈(dan)性工(gong)作(zuo)制等(deng)。
