28日,省(sheng)(sheng)政(zheng)府下發(fa)通知,調(diao)整(zheng)全省(sheng)(sheng)最低工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun),并(bing)發(fa)布2015年企(qi)業工(gong)資(zi)指(zhi)導線(xian)。從3月1日起(qi),全省(sheng)(sheng)月最低工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun)按地(di)區(qu)分別調(diao)整(zheng)為(wei):1600元(yuan)、1450元(yuan)、1300元(yuan),小時最低工(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)(zhun)按地(di)區(qu)分別調(diao)整(zheng)為(wei):16元(yuan)、14.5元(yuan)、13元(yuan),平均增幅(fu)為(wei)7.41%。
以去年全(quan)省企(qi)業(ye)在崗職工(gong)平均工(gong)資為(wei)(wei)基(ji)數,今年企(qi)業(ye)職工(gong)工(gong)資增長基(ji)準線(xian)確定為(wei)(wei)10%、上線(xian)為(wei)(wei)18%、下線(xian)為(wei)(wei)4%。這是山(shan)東連(lian)續(xu)6年調整最低工(gong)資標(biao)準,連(lian)續(xu)17年發布企(qi)業(ye)工(gong)資指導線(xian)。
去年(nian),山東(dong)調整后的全省月最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準也同樣分成(cheng)3類:1500元(yuan)、1350元(yuan)、1200元(yuan),平(ping)均增(zeng)幅10%;小時(shi)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準為15元(yuan)、13.5元(yuan)、12元(yuan)。2014年(nian)企(qi)業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)指(zhi)導線:企(qi)業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)基(ji)準線12%;企(qi)業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)上線(預(yu)警(jing)線)20%;企(qi)業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)下線4%。
據介紹,2014年全省(sheng)經濟保持(chi)總體平穩(wen),結構調整(zheng)穩(wen)中有(you)進,運行質量(liang)穩(wen)中有(you)升,為(wei)調整(zheng)最低工資(zi)標準、引導(dao)企業(ye)職工工資(zi)合理增(zeng)長(chang)奠定了堅實基礎(chu)。同時考慮到新(xin)常態下經濟增(zeng)長(chang)放緩、物價漲幅變化、人工成本上(shang)升等復雜因素,我(wo)省(sheng)適度(du)下調了最低工資(zi)標準的增(zeng)長(chang)幅度(du)以及企業(ye)工資(zi)指導(dao)線(xian)基準線(xian)和(he)上(shang)線(xian)標準。
省政府要(yao)求,有(you)關部門要(yao)進(jin)一步(bu)加強對用人(ren)單位執(zhi)行最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)標準的監督檢查(cha)(cha),對違(wei)反(fan)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)規定的行為要(yao)依法(fa)查(cha)(cha)處,切實維(wei)護(hu)勞動者合法(fa)權益。各類(lei)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)應當根據工(gong)資(zi)指(zhi)導線,分析企業(ye)(ye)(ye)經濟(ji)效益、職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)水平(ping)、勞動生產率和(he)(he)人(ren)工(gong)成本(ben)等(deng)指(zhi)標,兼顧企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的承受能力(li)、發展目標等(deng)因素(su),通(tong)過工(gong)資(zi)集體協商(shang),合理確定職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長幅度(du)(du)。壟斷企業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)嚴格控制工(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長幅度(du)(du),國有(you)和(he)(he)國有(you)控股企業(ye)(ye)(ye)要(yao)合理確定企業(ye)(ye)(ye)負責人(ren)和(he)(he)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)的工(gong)資(zi)水平(ping)。
