28日,省(sheng)政府下發(fa)通知,調(diao)整全省(sheng)最低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),并發(fa)布2015年(nian)企業工(gong)資指導線(xian)。從3月1日起,全省(sheng)月最低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)按地區(qu)分別調(diao)整為(wei)(wei):1600元(yuan)、1450元(yuan)、1300元(yuan),小時最低工(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)按地區(qu)分別調(diao)整為(wei)(wei):16元(yuan)、14.5元(yuan)、13元(yuan),平均增(zeng)幅為(wei)(wei)7.41%。
以(yi)去(qu)年(nian)全省企(qi)業(ye)(ye)在(zai)崗職工平(ping)均(jun)工資(zi)為基數,今年(nian)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)職工工資(zi)增長基準線確定為10%、上線為18%、下線為4%。這是山東連(lian)續(xu)6年(nian)調(diao)整最低工資(zi)標(biao)準,連(lian)續(xu)17年(nian)發布企(qi)業(ye)(ye)工資(zi)指導線。
去年,山東調整后的(de)全(quan)省月最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)也同(tong)樣分成3類:1500元、1350元、1200元,平均增幅10%;小(xiao)時最低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準(zhun)為15元、13.5元、12元。2014年企業(ye)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)線(xian)(xian):企業(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)基準(zhun)線(xian)(xian)12%;企業(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)上線(xian)(xian)(預警線(xian)(xian))20%;企業(ye)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)(chang)下線(xian)(xian)4%。
據介紹,2014年全省(sheng)經濟(ji)保持總體平穩,結(jie)構(gou)調(diao)整穩中有(you)進,運行質量穩中有(you)升,為調(diao)整最低(di)工資標準、引導企(qi)業(ye)職工工資合理增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)奠(dian)定(ding)了(le)堅實基(ji)礎。同時考慮到新(xin)常態下經濟(ji)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)放緩、物價(jia)漲幅變化、人(ren)工成本上升等(deng)復雜因素,我省(sheng)適度下調(diao)了(le)最低(di)工資標準的增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)幅度以(yi)及企(qi)業(ye)工資指導線基(ji)準線和上線標準。
省政府要(yao)求,有關部門要(yao)進一步加強對(dui)用人(ren)單(dan)位執行最低工(gong)資(zi)標準的(de)監督(du)檢查(cha),對(dui)違反最低工(gong)資(zi)規定(ding)的(de)行為(wei)要(yao)依法查(cha)處,切實(shi)維護(hu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者合(he)法權益。各(ge)類企(qi)業應(ying)當根據(ju)工(gong)資(zi)指(zhi)導(dao)線,分析企(qi)業經(jing)濟效益、職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)水平(ping)、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)生產率和人(ren)工(gong)成本等指(zhi)標,兼(jian)顧企(qi)業的(de)承(cheng)受(shou)能力、發展目標等因素(su),通過(guo)工(gong)資(zi)集體協商,合(he)理確定(ding)職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長幅度。壟斷企(qi)業要(yao)嚴格控制工(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長幅度,國有和國有控股(gu)企(qi)業要(yao)合(he)理確定(ding)企(qi)業負(fu)責人(ren)和企(qi)業職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)工(gong)資(zi)水平(ping)。
