根據《日照(zhao)市事業單(dan)位公(gong)(gong)(gong)開招聘人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)實施辦法》等有關(guan)規(gui)定,按照(zhao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開、平等、競爭、擇優的原則,經(jing)研究決定,面向社會(hui)公(gong)(gong)(gong)開招聘莒縣公(gong)(gong)(gong)安機關(guan)事業單(dan)位工作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)17名,其中:公(gong)(gong)(gong)安專(zhuan)業工作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)10名,其他專(zhuan)業工作人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)7名。現將有關(guan)事項公(gong)(gong)(gong)告(gao)如(ru)下:
一、招聘條件
1、政治(zhi)素質好,遵(zun)紀守法,具(ju)有(you)良(liang)好的品行。
2、具(ju)(ju)有山東(dong)省常住(zhu)戶口或(huo)屬山東(dong)生(sheng)源(其中報(bao)考公(gong)安專業(ye)具(ju)(ju)有大學(xue)專科文化(hua)程(cheng)度的人員(yuan)須具(ju)(ju)有日(ri)照(zhao)(zhao)市常住(zhu)戶口,含(han)日(ri)照(zhao)(zhao)生(sheng)源全日(ri)制(zhi)普(pu)通高等院(yuan)校(公(gong)安)2014年應屆專科畢業(ye)生(sheng))。
3、報(bao)考公(gong)安(an)專業(ye)(ye)崗(gang)位(wei)的人員須具(ju)有(you)國家統招全日制(zhi)公(gong)安(an)院校(xiao)(xiao)大學(xue)專科畢業(ye)(ye)以上(shang)文化(hua)程度;報(bao)考其(qi)他專業(ye)(ye)崗(gang)位(wei)的人員須具(ju)有(you)全日制(zhi)普(pu)通高校(xiao)(xiao)大學(xue)本科畢業(ye)(ye)以上(shang)文化(hua)程度,學(xue)士以上(shang)學(xue)位(wei)。
4、年齡(ling)30周歲以(yi)下(1983年12月15日以(yi)后出生(sheng))。
5、身體健康,體形端正,外觀無(wu)明顯疾病(bing)特征,無(wu)影響(xiang)面容且難以治愈的(de)皮膚病(bing),無(wu)色覺異常,無(wu)文身,無(wu)肢體功能障(zhang)礙(ai),雙眼裸眼視力均在4.8以上。
6、在(zai)職、定向委培、已簽訂就業協議的人(ren)員需提(ti)(ti)交單(dan)位同意報名(ming)證明,已婚人(ren)員須提(ti)(ti)交無(wu)違法生育和違法收養子(zi)女證明。
7、符(fu)合招聘崗位所(suo)需的其他條件。
8、有(you)下列情形(xing)之(zhi)一的,不得報考:
(1)屬于莒(ju)縣機關事業單位在編人員(yuan)(含按計劃聘用(yong)人員(yuan));
(2)受過刑事(shi)處(chu)罰、勞動(dong)教(jiao)養、少(shao)年管教(jiao)的;
(3)有犯罪嫌疑尚(shang)未查清的;
(4)曾被辭退或者開除(chu)公職的;
(5)有道德敗(bai)壞等不(bu)良行為(wei)的(de);
(6)直系血親和對本人有(you)重大影響的旁系血親中有(you)被判處死刑或(huo)者正在服刑的;
(7)直(zhi)系血(xue)親(qin)和對本人(ren)有重大影響的(de)旁系血(xue)親(qin)在境內(nei)外從事(shi)顛(dian)覆我國政權活動的(de);
(8)現(xian)役軍人、在讀全(quan)日(ri)制非應(ying)屆畢(bi)業(ye)生、在各級公務員招(zhao)考和事(shi)業(ye)單(dan)位(wei)公開招(zhao)聘(pin)中被主管部門認定有舞弊等嚴重違(wei)反考錄(lu)紀(ji)律行為且不得(de)報考的人員;
(9)違法生育、違法收養子女的;
(10)有(you)法律法規規定不得(de)聘用為事業編制人員的(de)其(qi)他情形的(de)。
應(ying)聘(pin)人員不能(neng)報考與本(ben)人有(you)應(ying)回(hui)避親屬(shu)關系的崗位(wei)。
二、報名時間、地點
1、報名時間:2014年12月15日—12月18日(上午(wu)8:30—12:00,下午(wu)2:00—5:00)。

報考人(ren)員(yuan)應提交畢業(ye)證、報到(dao)證、二代身(shen)份(fen)證原件及復印件各一(yi)份(fen),報考其他專(zhuan)業(ye)崗位的人(ren)員(yuan)還(huan)需提交學位證,認真填寫《莒縣2014年公開招聘公安機關(guan)事業(ye)單位工作人(ren)員(yuan)報名登記(ji)表》(一(yi)式一(yi)份(fen),貼1寸近期同(tong)底(di)版免冠彩(cai)色照片3張)和誠信承諾書。

三、資格審查
莒(ju)縣(xian)公安局(ju)會同縣(xian)委(wei)組織部、縣(xian)人社局(ju)、縣(xian)編辦負責對(dui)報名人員進行資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge)初(chu)審(shen),經初(chu)審(shen)合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)的考生(sheng)參加本次招聘(pin)。資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge)審(shen)查工(gong)作貫穿整(zheng)個(ge)招聘(pin)工(gong)作全過(guo)程,任(ren)何一個(ge)環節審(shen)查不(bu)合(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)都將被取消資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge)。
四、筆試和面試
1、筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)。筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)內容為公(gong)共基礎知識、公(gong)安基礎知識和(he)寫作。考試(shi)(shi)采取(qu)閉卷形式,時間120分(fen)鐘,總分(fen)100分(fen),筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)時間定于2015年1月(yue)2日上午9:00—11:00。
《筆試準考證(zheng)》領取時間、地點(dian):2014年12月30日(ri)—31日(ri)(上午(wu)8:30—12:00,下午(wu)2:00—5:30),到(dao)莒縣公(gong)(gong)安局招聘公(gong)(gong)安機關事業單位工作(zuo)人員辦公(gong)(gong)室憑本人身份證(zheng)領取。筆試考務(wu)費(fei)每人40元。
筆試結束后,在合格分數線以上根(gen)據筆試成績(ji)由(you)高分到低分,公安專業(ye)按照招(zhao)聘計劃1:1.5的(de)比例,其(qi)他專業(ye)按照招(zhao)聘計劃1:2的(de)比例,依次確(que)定進(jin)入(ru)面試的(de)人員。進(jin)入(ru)面試人員名單按照規(gui)定程序向(xiang)社會公布。
2、面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)。面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)采(cai)取結(jie)構化面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)方式(shi),主要測試(shi)應試(shi)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)業務素質和(he)從事崗(gang)位(wei)工(gong)作的(de)相關能(neng)力,面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)由面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)考(kao)官(guan)當(dang)場(chang)評判,采(cai)取每(mei)個(ge)測評要素去(qu)掉一(yi)個(ge)最(zui)高分(fen)、一(yi)個(ge)最(zui)低分(fen)后,綜合計算平均(jun)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)的(de)辦(ban)法,確(que)定(ding)報考(kao)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)在面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)結(jie)束后當(dang)場(chang)向(xiang)報考(kao)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)宣布。面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)具體時(shi)間、地點詳見《面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)通(tong)知(zhi)單》。不(bu)按規定(ding)時(shi)間和(he)地點參加面(mian)(mian)(mian)試(shi)的(de)視為自(zi)愿放棄資格。
《面(mian)試(shi)通(tong)知單(dan)》領取(qu)時間、地點(dian)另行通(tong)知。面(mian)試(shi)考(kao)務費每人70元。
按照筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)占(zhan)50%、面試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)占(zhan)50%的比例,計算報考(kao)人員考(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)成績(ji)。筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)、面試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)、考(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)成績(ji)均計算到小(xiao)數(shu)點后兩(liang)位,尾數(shu)四(si)舍五(wu)入。
五、體能素質測評
參加面(mian)試的考生(sheng)全部(bu)(bu)(bu)參加體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)試人(ren)員(yuan)形不(bu)成(cheng)(cheng)競爭(zheng)的崗位,進入(ru)體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)范(fan)圍人(ren)員(yuan)的面(mian)試成(cheng)(cheng)績不(bu)得低(di)于其(qi)他崗位進入(ru)體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)范(fan)圍人(ren)員(yuan)的面(mian)試最低(di)成(cheng)(cheng)績。體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)由縣公(gong)安(an)局會(hui)同縣委組織部(bu)(bu)(bu)、縣人(ren)社局、縣編辦共(gong)同組織進行,測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)項(xiang)目(mu)及標(biao)(biao)準,參照人(ren)社部(bu)(bu)(bu)、公(gong)安(an)部(bu)(bu)(bu)、國家(jia)公(gong)務員(yuan)局《公(gong)安(an)機(ji)關(guan)錄用人(ren)民警(jing)察體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)項(xiang)目(mu)和(he)標(biao)(biao)準(暫行)》規(gui)定執行。體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)為達標(biao)(biao)性測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping),凡其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一項(xiang)不(bu)達標(biao)(biao)的,視(shi)(shi)為體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)不(bu)合格,體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)成(cheng)(cheng)績不(bu)計入(ru)報考人(ren)員(yuan)總成(cheng)(cheng)績。不(bu)按(an)規(gui)定時間和(he)地點參加體(ti)(ti)能(neng)(neng)素(su)質(zhi)測(ce)(ce)(ce)評(ping)(ping)的視(shi)(shi)為自(zi)愿放棄資格。
體能測評時間(jian)、地點另行通(tong)知。
六、體檢和考核政審
在(zai)體能素質測(ce)評合格人員中,根據(ju)考試總成(cheng)績按(an)崗(gang)位由高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)等(deng)額確(que)定進入(ru)體檢和(he)考核(he)政審范圍人員。如遇考試總成(cheng)績相(xiang)同,則(ze)按(an)筆(bi)試成(cheng)績由高(gao)分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)確(que)定。

七、公示和聘用
考察和(he)體檢合格(ge)(ge)(ge)的確(que)定(ding)為擬聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人員,并將(jiang)名(ming)單予(yu)以公示(shi),公示(shi)期為7個工作日。經公示(shi)未發現(xian)有影(ying)響聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)問題的,按照(zhao)規(gui)定(ding)程(cheng)序(xu)辦理聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)續(xu),納入事(shi)業編制管理,試用(yong)(yong)(yong)期一年。對(dui)不服(fu)從分配的取消(xiao)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge),因(yin)取消(xiao)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge)或公示(shi)后放棄聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)資(zi)格(ge)(ge)(ge)產生的空(kong)缺(que),不再遞(di)補。
新聘(pin)用(yong)人員試(shi)用(yong)期滿,經考核(he)合格(ge)的,辦理正(zheng)式(shi)聘(pin)用(yong)手續;不(bu)合格(ge)的,取消聘(pin)用(yong)資格(ge)。
新聘用人員(yuan)在(zai)莒縣公安系(xi)統服(fu)務(wu)期不低于五(wu)年(含試用期),用人單(dan)位要(yao)與其簽訂服(fu)務(wu)期協議。
