年假沒休夠,單位是否該支付相應的工資?

答(da) 《企業職工(gong)帶薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)實施(shi)辦法》第十條規定(ding):“用人(ren)單位經職工(gong)同意不(bu)安(an)排年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)或者安(an)排職工(gong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu)少(shao)于應休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu),應當在(zai)本(ben)年(nian)(nian)(nian)度內對(dui)職工(gong)應休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)未(wei)(wei)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu),按照其日工(gong)資收(shou)入(ru)的(de)300%支付未(wei)(wei)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)資報酬,其中包含用人(ren)單位支付職工(gong)正(zheng)常工(gong)作期間(jian)的(de)工(gong)資收(shou)入(ru)。所以,你所在(zai)單位的(de)做法是不(bu)合理的(de)。
